Automatic reverse

In 2015, Bork specialists equipped one of their models with a function automatic turn on reverse in case of difficulties during the scrolling of meat. Manual start of the reverse is no longer a news, but not always the hostess can accurately determine the moment of seizing of the drive shaft of the meat grinder. Automating the process will extend the life of the device and facilitate the process of obtaining minced meat, which, in turn, will become more juicy and uniform in consistency.
