The German concern expectedly hit the top of the best frame wiper blades with its Twin series. Like Valeo, here the mount is designed only for the “hook” without any adapters. The base of the brush is thinner than that of the French brushes, but no less elastic. The working edge is tighter and narrower than the brushes from France, which gives them the opportunity to quickly peel off the snow porridge mixed with the infamous “Luzhkov cocktail”, but in the summer Valeo will be preferable - the soft edge wears out less.

The design of the brush base itself seemed to us less successful than the massive Silencio Performance - given the smaller width of the working part, with strong wear, the brushes can begin to warp, especially when working on dry glass, which will significantly affect their effectiveness. For this series of avtodvornikov optimal application is driving in conditions of frequent and severe pollution of the glass, for the winter they will become a good choice, but they will have to be changed more often. Given that the 500-mm brush Bosch is more expensive than the French competitor, we gave the German company second place.

Heyner brushes in the ranking of the best frame brushes were the only ones that can be installed on any type of leads, but with one “but” - the adapter has to be purchased separately. Nevertheless, these inexpensive wipers, similar in construction to Bosch Twin, show themselves not bad due to the elasticity and well-chosen material of the working plate. The plates themselves have the ability to be replaced - on the one hand, changing only the rubber part is cheaper than the entire brush along with the frame, on the other hand, it is fraught with “self-disassembling” of the frozen brush, after which a metal fastener will draw tangible stripes on the glass surface in one stroke.

Given the decent quality and reasonable price of Heyner Exclusive brushes, we did not greatly reduce the score due to this feature - but the owner should remember about it and lift the brushes in the parking lot in winter to avoid detachment of the working plates from the frame. For summer, they will even be a better choice than Bosch wiper blades, especially since their set will cost the same as a Bosch Twin brush.

Here, the French company lost Denso only in terms of a combination of qualities: the lack of adapters and the highest price of all the wipers in the ranking forced us to put Silencio X-TRM in second place. But there are no complaints about the design of the brushes themselves: excellent material, which showed itself well in Silencio Performance, and here ensures smooth operation, preservation of elasticity in winter and high resource. The design of the brush is interesting: in addition to the aerodynamic protrusion on the base, the working edge has an offset to the top of the brush, which, when operating at high speed, increases the efficiency of water removal: the brush “raises” the liquid as it moves upwards, allowing the air flow to quickly blow off.

The mount itself, although compatible only with hook-type leads, is easy to install and reliably fixes the brush in the lead. In general, if a higher price does not deter you, Valeo brushes will be the best choice for the motorway, while in the city the efficiency of the Denso Flat Blade will be similar at a lower price.

The Aerotwin series, in its main advantage, has a high quality of contact with the windshield, which, under the action of air flow, is only enhanced by the well-thought-out shape of the base plate. Brushes are quite elastic, including in the cold - there is clearly silicone in the material. Note the ease of sliding on the glass, giving confidence in a decent resource narrow working edge. Even when working on dry glass there will be no squeaks and jerks of movement.

It should be noted that the Multiclip fastener used here is universal - one of the bundled adapters is attached before mounting onto a lead on the brush bracket. It is a pity that the same mount did not appear in the Twin series, which would allow these brushes to give first place in its class.

There is also a fly in the ointment: after looking at fastening the mounting platform to the base of the brush, you can see slightly protruding metal teeth. If the plastic adapter is badly worn or broken, they can rest on the glass. But, perhaps, this is a lack of a specific specimen - to compress the teeth deeper here, nothing prevents.

Alas, the excellent wiper blades summed up the price - of all those who ranked the best, they turned out to be the most expensive. This does not detract from their qualities: the elastic and durable edge works perfectly in any conditions, the aesthetic shape of the plastic casing is also aerodynamic at the same time, and the universal mount fits most cars. But given the fact that a set of two brushes will cost 2.5 times more expensive than a Denso Hybrid set that is not inferior to them, this will significantly shift the balance in the direction of a Japanese company.
