I have four Panasonic, from RT to LF, and all without exception (including GA-21) I can shave quickly and smoothly. The machine yes, it shaves both against the growth of hair and against it, and the razor against growth only, so no need to crawl the same place 20 times, touch it in which direction the hair grows (and they can even grow on one face in 5 directions) and drive a razor against growth. After a few months, experience will come and you will forget the machine like a bad dream. And yet, it is not necessary to grow, and even more specifically, the long bristles, the grid does not like it. My bristles are rather stiff, I shave every day, even on weekends, mostly dry, I shave with foam only in summer in the heat. On the electro for several years, which is overwhelmingly pleased.
Charging the battery GA-21 is enough for me for 8-9 shaving sessions. I rarely use the trimmer, but it is not bad in this razor. Irritation disappeared as soon as he switched to the electric razor.
