In this mode, I use the razor for 2.5 years without replacing the knives and note only a slight decrease in the shaving quality (in general, the manufacturer recommends changing blades once a year). Also, you should not try to shave off too long hairs - then the razor shaves really badly, for this you must first work with a trimmer. So for those who shave every few days this razor does not fit, it is for everyday shaving. Do not listen to rave reviews (if she shaves in 2 minutes, then only youthful fluff under her nose). I shave in time no less than with a machine. The neck has to go through several times. I tried a wet shave with a gel — I did not find anything super special — it's more convenient to dry. Shaves cleanly (but not cleaner machine). Liked the trimmer, it is convenient to trim the mustache. About irritation after shaving, if you immediately sprinkle with toilet water, nothing is observed. Only pleasant tingling. At first I wanted to buy a model with a cleaning unit, but after reading and reflecting on it, I became convinced of its complete uselessness (only additional costs for consumables). Very comfortable on business trips, really noticed that the battery really has enough days for 15-17 if you shave every other day.
