I bought a bread maker, ideal for small families. You can do without a display. She took recipes from her bread maker and from the Internet, all fit. Bread baked on 350 gr. Calculate the number of ingredients is not a problem. To make the crust be more beautiful, we take out the bread not immediately, but after 15 minutes and during baking we close the window with foil. It turns out to bake even rye bread in Wholemeal mode. (Who is interested in the recipe, I can share, finalized and tested personally)))
In general, the bread maker justifies itself, everyone is happy with it. I see no reason to buy expensive brand models. I will buy the same for my husband's parents)))

Very pleased with this bread maker. He does everything perfectly - and he kneads and bakes; everything is done safely and simply. The weight of 500 grams of bread is quite enough, considering that the loaf of rifled in the store weighs 400 grams. I see no point in more expensive bread makers.
Here is the basic recipe for this particular model:
450 ml. flour (just ml - it is easier to measure without scales, it’s about 270 gr., white flour or a mixture of white and rye, it turns out only from rye);
160-170 ml. warm milk;
1 small teaspoon without the top of the yeast;
Sugar (the more sugar, the thicker and darker the crust);

More than a year has passed - there are no complaints. Excellent value for money. For a family of 2, one bread is enough for about 1 day. Sometimes for 2 days. Experimenting different recipes. Best of all is a simple recipe for water (a glass of water, 2.5 cups of flour, a teaspoon of yeast, a teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of sugar). Very tasty bread is obtained from whole-wheat flour.True, it is expensive, so I mix it with the usual in various proportions. Baking mode did not like, not baked. Even the second pastry in a row does not bake the dough. Like to bake bread from wet yeast. The optimal proportion is to divide the packaging from 100g into 20 parts (!) And dilute one part in a glass with liquid. Economically obtained and the dough is good.
