Found a solution. You must first load in one direction the products, start cooking, and then turn on the other part. The indicator stopped beeping. Now everything is working properly.

In the reviews, many people write that the steamer beeps about the lack of water even when it is poured to the MAKS mark. A little strained, but still chose this particular model. When you first start confirmed the worst fears - beeps. However, in the process of washing I saw a float (on the left, near the front wall of the device) and slightly moved it with a toothpick. Now everything is fine - for 17 launches, no one erroneous indication, on the contrary, very accurately determines when to add water.

Great double boiler, did not regret that he chose her! There is everything you need for cooking! Excellent backlit display, convenient retractable compartment for adding water during cooking, excellent workmanship, volume tray for rice and porridge. After reading the reviews here I was very surprised, I have no failures with the sensor of the remaining water, it worked a couple of times, but when the water was really almost all boiled away. The only thing that I don’t really like is the automatic transition to the heating mode, which cannot be turned off, the mode itself is like, but not like, that it can’t be turned off at will. Also, while cooking, under the lid, water drips through the double boiler and creates a small puddle on the table, quite a bit and is removed in one motion, but still not very pleasant.
After cooking, the double boiler makes absolutely no loud sound, I don’t even always manage to hear it even with the door to the kitchen :) It’s also very convenient that you can add any kind of seasoning or greens, I sometimes add peppercorns to the water collection tray. In general, this double boiler is worth the money.

- For the money - for which I bought this miracle - these are NOT flaws, these are just warnings for future owners, they DO NOT AFFECT the QUALITY of the double boiler:
- Tray for collecting condensate and fat - Not retractable (you can not quickly push, drain, and then quickly shove back), you need to disassemble the entire structure and remove this tray (although it is very deep about 5-6 cm).
- Appearance: dark with white, to put it mildly, not ice. Ordered in white color ... Fuuuuu ... take in silver (gray) color, looks much more decent (more beautiful). A white stripe glossy plastic made a decorative strip on the sides and on the front side of the housing of the device, everything else is dark frosted (bottom, top, baskets, lid, screen, buttons). Although ... the taste and color, as they say ...
- Stickers-help on the case are stuck with a shikos-nakos, and on the white case this cacophony looks just like the Chinese cheap (stickers - remove the figs with them and everything, but the white color is horror!)
- Instructions ... I will not be expressed ... But this is not a problem. In short, downloaded from the office. site in pdf format, printed the necessary pages the size of the A-4. Spend 6 sheets and a little cartridge, but then save a lot of time, nerves and vision (this is for the same as I explain - for beginners). Included instructions in various languages, with very! small print, the drawings are very! small and illegible, so if anyone has a problem with his eyesight or patience, better download ...
- there is no recipe book (but for that kind of money, but to hell with it, with a book! in the end, now they rule the forums, not recipe books from the manufacturer)
- But the PROBLEM:
- The edges of the cover in the middle loosely adjoin the edges of the basket (there is a significant gap). During cooking, condensate accumulates along the edges of the lid and these drops flow outward - on the screen, on the buttons, on the case.At the same time, if you cover the bottom bowl with a lid - the drops flow down much more strongly, and if you use the top bowl, some drops from under the lid are much smaller!

The float really does stick (a little white one, it is in a special niche of a cylindrical shape, to the left of the front wall in the water compartment), you just have to peel it off with a toothpick! When you move the float from the occupied place, repeatedly pull it up and down and twist around the axis, make sure that the float walks freely without clinging to the walls of the niche.
All the stated auto-acceptance programs are working properly, I checked: I filled the water until max, threw the products, selected the icon of the auto-concept with the buttons on the left and right, then the start button and went quietly about my business, the steamer in the heating mode, the food is ready.
For the first test, steamers were used: on the left in a tray vegetables (cooking with an automatic machine for 20 minutes), on the right - eggs (in my opinion, with an automatic 16 or 18 minutes), in the lower tray: whole carrot of medium size 3 pcs. and eggs 5 pcs. category C-0, in the top: whole potatoes of medium size 5 pcs. and eggs 5 pcs. cat C-0 (all above each other, respectively: vegetables above vegetables, eggs above eggs).
As it turned out, the basket separators do not allow steam to pass through and, therefore, smell: cooked different products (vegetables and eggs) in two zones at the same time, the left steam generator (that side, the compartment where the vegetables were) was the first to turn on, while the right steam gun was silent as much as 4 minutes! During these 4 min. steam from the left to the right did not penetrate (even the walls were not fogged)
I don’t know how fast steam should look like and how ordinary steam works, but it starts to boil and float instantly after starting.
I add as far as I use (today 01/18/2015): dishwasher soap in the drain pan for collecting condensate and grease + trays (baskets) + basket cover = everything is OK! I cook in the PV in a day, there were no failures in the float.
