We bought this model for a daughter, she is 5 years old. For me, an indicator of the comfort of a chair is how much time a child spends in it without writhing, and whether he sleeps calmly in it. I want to say that of course the case is synthetic, but I sewed an additional case from a knitted tension sheet in the summer, and in the winter it is not required. Since the car is 7-seater, the second row of seats leans back almost to the horizontal position, respectively, the back of the car seat follows its tilt, the child sleeps normally.

We ordered a chair without a fitting (the old model Kidfix was measured in the store, it seemed to be pleasant to the child, conveniently) in the online store. Received, unpacked. The first impression is that the chair is quite neat, the XP-PAD padding appealed (because of it, in general, the choice was made in favor of this model). When installed in the car, it turned out that:
1) The seat is rather short, the child's legs dangle in the air (about a meter tall), the seat at the base is not sufficiently downward, it is more even and the butt constantly slides forward, which, in combination with a short pillow, is very uncomfortable. We will grow - it will be even more inconvenient.
2) The XP-PAD pad is not fixed enough evenly, that is, the belt can get out of it, you need to constantly check and correct
3) The side airbags do not reach the door in the fully unscrewed state (Honda Civic), the seat is installed from the Isofix. In general, the functionality of these pillows is questionable, but an additional couple of centimeters of free space in the back row is eaten.
As a result, they decided to return the chair and ordered the previous model Romer Kidfix with a deeper seat and a narrower one in width. In Kidfix there are armrests and an additional sleeping position (not as comfortable as in Maxi Cosi, but still), in Kidfix XP Sict there seems to be no such position, if I'm not mistaken.
