Bought two weeks ago. While no complaints. All I needed from a coffee machine was a fully automatic cappuccino, a good adjustable espresso. And with this, this unit copes perfectly. All three drinks - espresso, americano, cappuccino can be programmed for themselves (the volume of the coffee grinder), and this is done easily and intuitively in two pokes (hold the desired button longer, the manual mode starts when the same button is pressed once again - everything, settings are saved ). There is an adjustment of the temperature of the drink (although it is stated in the description that it is not), the cappuccino is hot. Care is convenient, everything is clear and does not take much time. Chose between Delonghi 22.360 and this. I am sure that I made the right choice. Reliability at Saeco is good, the model is easier to stand in the office, where every day 40-50 cups of coffee are prepared on it, it has been operating for a year and a half without regular cleaning. I hope my resource strength is not less.
