- Compact electric grater (5 nozzles in the kit). Noisy to the best. Rubs no residue (this is what ordinary shredders sin)! It works on the principle of a meat grinder. I bought in return a shredder VES CI 9100, which worked only a few months (the plastic parts of the attachment of the nozzles fell off). Instead, I was looking for a float (the mill didn’t need it). Upon seeing this new product, I ventured to buy it in the online store.
Absolutely pleased with the acquisition. There is enough power, but I want more .. It is all tidy and without residual pieces! There are 3 graters (large, small and ultra-fine (for hard cheese)), a thin shredder, a nozzle for pancakes. You can rub: carrots, squash , potatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, beets, cabbage, apples, parmesan, gruyere cheese, chocolate, crackers, biscuits, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, coconuts. Vegetables cut into pieces, as recommended in the instructions, are easier to rub. there is little space. The power cord hides in the case. Made in France !!!
