Use since 2007. I use for cutting myself, the machine works 1-2 times a week, cutting the hair on the head and the board, with a rather stiff hair. The batteries are still alive, although they no longer hold the charge for as long as at the beginning of operation, but in theory for 3 years they should have died at all. Knives have never sharpened, regularly brush and grease. I think it should be enough for another few years. Not sure about the possibility of a separate purchase of batteries, but you can buy new knives for it. If the battery dies, you will have to use it with a wire connected to the network, although if Moser has a more advanced model, I will probably buy a new one, and leave this in reserve, take it with me on trips for example. In general, the machine is super, however, as well as everything that is made in Germany ... For home use from all of Moser, so far I have not seen anything better, take it boldly.

2 sharpening blades (after sharpening for about a month, the knives were heated, but this is a question of lubrication and sharpening quality) is easy compared to Moser 1245, although the latter is helpful for those who cut the cement factory workers with unwashed hair. I use from 2008 to the present. Great machine, the first, and I hope the only one. If you periodically clean and grease the blades, it will probably last a very long time.
With an indication of about half the charge of the battery (but after a very long use on one charge) it tends to produce a strange sound and cut down, which at first frightened. You just need to charge the battery.
