Virtues
- comfortable handle, adequate weight, it is impossible to randomly move the round temperature slider or turn off the tongs, it is convenient to adjust the temperature regimes, it is clear by the indicator light when the tongs are in heating mode and when they are ready for use, they do not spoil (noticeably) my hair (I have naughty hair, I do not use thermal protectors), if you forget about it - it will turn itself off, which is very important for someone who does not want a fire in the apartment.
disadvantages
- External plastic panels are heated, it is impossible to curl hair from the root - you know, temperature. Forceps need to be clamped with force, because the plates do not close tightly (although I tried, this did not affect the quality of the curling). In order for the strand to hover, you need to give the tweezers to warm up at rest for about 3 minutes after the indicator shows that the forceps have warmed up. Hair should be blow-dried properly if you want to curl right after washing your hair. And now the most important thing is that _niguogda_ they don’t tap when the plates are closing - the fact is that the coating on the tips is rather thin and delicate. And when the plates are clicked together, microcracks appear and the coating can begin to peel off. Noncritical exfoliation, I managed to visit a workshop where there were four of these forceps, and there is a similar detachment on all models, including mine. It does not reach the central part of the heating plate in width (and hence the intended strand), so this is more of an aesthetic drawback.

You need to handle these forceps quite carefully and they will serve you faithfully. My advice: when you remove the already cooled tongs into place, do not be lazy to lay a couple of cotton discs between the plates (closer to the edge), so as not to scratch the fragile coating together, close the plates and wrap them with a wire.
I use the second year about once every 2 to 3 days and besides the feeling of a babmollo from unaesthetic spalling (less than 4 mm wide) on the edge of the plate, I have no complaints about them and do not intend to change them in the foreseeable future (minimum 10 years). So this is a quiet workhorse, do not wait for stars from it from the sky, but it will curl your hair calmly, without any excesses and burnouts.
