Immediately turned on without reading the instructions. The inscriptions on the console were clear. We were pleasantly surprised by the low noise of the vacuum cleaner, as well as by how much HE found dust on the floor. After half an hour, the battery sat down. The base was in the same room. The vacuum cleaner itself found it and got up for charging. From the other rooms can not find. Yes, it is not critical. The troubles include a slight jamming of the button for opening the dust tray and a weak battery. With a full charge, it takes about 35-40 minutes, and at its speed it is a bit. After a day of work, the side brushes stopped spinning (+ the UV lamps didn’t shine, it abruptly crashed into the walls. Some sensor probably didn’t work yet), the robot representatives were replaced by online store representatives (there are no technical support in Moscow! They only replaced them and repaired them). When calling the warranty card, they are connected to a service center in Izhevsk). The second model also broke !! I stopped working in automatic mode after 10 days! After fully charging, the vacuum cleaner was disposed of for about three minutes, and then I followed him with the remote control, like a child with a radio-controlled toy.While I agreed on the exchange in the online store, he worked ONLY for 4 days from the console - right-to-left, then removed, if the console was released, the cleaning stopped (something with mechanics, the sound was different).
After 4 days, I cleaned this robot, cleaned it, AGAIN CHECKED that it DOESN'T WORK (all of a sudden some sensors were dirty) and went to a meeting with an online store representative (it was necessary for them to come home and see that it was not working!)
I traded Robosos for Pandu (by the way, it turned out to be more delicate to furniture, another more correct logic to bypass the room, without central brushes - no need to clean it, it just sucks without central brushes, debris is easily removed without scattering around the vacuum cleaner, like a Robosos, and more sucks - it is better on the carpet, and shorter and never stuck in those two places where the robot was stuck, although its sound is nasty and louder, but you have to suffer for the sake of advantages. In general, the Panda turned out to be better at the same price.
And further, the most unpleasant, my representative of the online store could not pass this defective Robos either on exchange or as a marriage, because this robosos, firstly, scratched the front panel for itself, when it climbed where it did not fit, and secondly, STARTED to work as as if he is so white and fluffy and you don’t have to go after him with the remote control! It is definitely defective, but it is not possible to prove it, but I DO NOT WANT to return it!
