Someone wrote about expensive service. I want to clarify a little. Means for scaling in any store you can buy a liquid, it costs about 100 rubles, so for almost a year I have not finished it yet. During this time I changed the filter 3 times. cost (500 rubles * 2 pieces, and if you buy a set of 12 pieces, it will be much cheaper) a family of 3 people.

Operation is not the most convenient control scheme, you will have to look at the manual a couple of times. You just need to get used to it, and you will not be able to cope with a kettle.
Regarding the price - the device is technically complex, so the price is not surprising, but, nevertheless, during operation you do not get the satisfaction that you expected from the thing when making a purchase.

We purchased this device about a month ago. Bought in the online store and externally evaluate it except for the picture was nowhere. At the time of unpacking, there was some disappointment: the plastic case, the feeling of fragility and appearance, which does not pull on 4k, but this is only IMHO, my husband immediately really liked.
The water tank is two liters by volume, but in fact it’s still almost the same one and a half. use all the liquid poured out will not work, at a certain level the kettle grumbles and asks for additives.
There is a water filter, which is not necessary to use, but for some reason we immediately put it, because of it, as you understand, water flows very slowly and it will not be possible to fill the entire container quickly, but these are trifles.
There are 5 temperature modes (room temperature, 70, 80, 90, and it seems to be like boiling water (but the fact that there the instruction does not promise 100 degrees)). I use boiling water and room water (it is very convenient when you are thirsty and, for example, the water from the tap is cold). The husband uses temperatures of 70 and 80, does not like boiling water.
Neochen is that under the hinged shelf, on which the glass is placed there is something like a sloping plastic leg, on which you can not put anything, t.ch something wide, which does not fit on the shelf, just do not put it on the floor, but you need to somehow pervert, so that the trickle of water still fell into it.
The water heater produces water portions of 150/200/250/300 ml. Be prepared to pour a large capacity, you will have to pour a few portions into it, each time poking a button. But these are trifles.
It pours not quickly, but the kettle does not boil either instantly.
The thing is very noisy (noticeably louder than a teapot), but we have no one to wake up, and this is not annoying.
We are completely satisfied with the device. It is very convenient if you have a small family; a minimum of effort is put in to get a couple of cups of tea. I put a cup under it, poked the start and went on to do something else, and here the tea was ripe.
