I use since 2008. It works like a clock - around the clock and without a glitch. I do not observe any foreign odors, after buying once boiled water with citric acid - and forgive all odors.
It is very convenient, especially when there are small children in the house, in order for water to flow, you must first press the unlock button and then the water supply button. The presence of heated water allows you to quickly dissolve the infant formula.

The electric drive refuses to work after heating above 90 degrees, but this is only after you completely fill cold water into the thermo sweat and boil it (no need to wait 10 minutes, but simply open the lid for 20-30 seconds), and when you periodically add half or less there is no water. The scum is not from the model of thermopot, but from water !!! It should be cleaned just like all teapots! For its price is a very wonderful thermopot.
