I have exactly the same water heater, took it to the apartment, because we live in new buildings in a new area - because of the construction of a residential complex, there are troubles with turning off the hot water. Well, what, the water heater is always so useful. As for the advantages, I have already described it before - it doesn’t cause difficulties even for a child to dedicate a task - to turn on and set the temperature. Usually, after half an hour or minutes, 45 you can already take water procedures, well, and if on trifles, then even earlier. All characteristics seem to be clearly described as in the instructions, nothing to complain about.
