And if in many other columns (for example, Demrad, Russian woman, etc.) everything is solved by replacing the stuffing box or top cover, then you will have to change at least the cover, or even the entire assembly. In my particular instance, piezo ignition does not work, but this is a special case.

Comment: Actually, I am an expert (in the past) on ... including columns. I know this model from the time when she was still Junkers WR 10-2P (approximately 2005), she worked in a company that sold, installed and repaired, including and speakers Bosch (Junkers).
In Bosch WR 10-2P:
-two gas sets-installed for natural gas and in stock for propane-butane;
- practically no electronics except: thermoelement for flame control, overheat protection and reverse thrust sensor;
- ignition piezoelectric and it does not work for me)));
- a sliding regulator is installed on the gas block (which is worse than a rotary one, however, it is rather reliable), which does not have a sufficiently large control range (more-less);
- temperature control (more-less) is carried out mainly by turning the handle of the water block;
- automatic regulation, i.e. maintenance of the established water temperature - indirect (on pressure difference of water), due to the device of the water block and its interaction with the gas block;
the heat exchanger is reliable enough.
Do not remove the water filter during installation; moreover, it is advisable to install an additional filter in front of the column; if there is one in the house or apartment, you do not need it.
Customer service in Tula region. adjusted well, incl. at the expense of several competing firms. In general in Russia, Bosch repair service is one of the best (I no longer work, I have the right to praise)
In terms of reliability and quality, this column can be compared with Mora and Vylant, but the latter are much more expensive, and besides, Vylant has no all-Russian service. The simplicity of the repair can be compared with Demrad, the latter is simpler and cheaper to repair, but not so easy to use.
I have always recommended piezoelectric ignition, but just in my column it does not work))).
Usually electrical ignition often fails (burn nodes). I would put 4 points for piezoelectric ignition, but I know the column not on one copy, therefore 5.

Advantages: Everything suits me

Disadvantages: Not found.

Comment: After 3 years of use, I wanted to share full information:
The main problems and how to solve:
1) Ignite is out.
Just dusty. Remove the cover, purge-clean. Everything will work again.
2) Weak pressure.
Clogged filter for water supply. Remove the U-shaped stud, remove the cap, filter, rinse, put back. The pressure will come back.

After 3 years I decided to look at the condition of the heat exchanger, since the water is hard, and, at the last column (Neva), inside the copper pipes the scale was big flakes.
Disassembled in 10 minutes - nothing complicated. In the heat exchanger was found quite a bit of scale, less than 1 mm. Rinse a couple of times with antiscale. Then he washed the shower.
Collected - like new.
Who wants to buy - I recommend!

Advantages: -Cost (took over 7200r.)

-Good water heating even at 2 points (bathroom, kitchen)

Disadvantages: - Not very well made water supply. Need to buy a corner of an American.

Comment: - Use hoses of the desired diameter and you will have excellent water heating and stable operation.
Gas - 3/4
Water - 1/2 "Giants". Just 1/2 too thin.
- And do not adjust the temperature of the water tap (mixer). This can lead to overheating of the column heat exchanger. Immediately set the required temperature and pressure on the column itself.

Advantages: low price relative to other models, not a bad performance

Disadvantages: the only and Great MINUS: a weak heat exchanger, lasts for 3-5 years, after which it begins to flow. The third column flies, changed at home and at parents.

Advantages: Simple design, easily removable connections, quiet operation, low water switching, compactness and more

Comment: I put this column thanks to reviews on the Yandex market instead of Vaillant AtmoMAG exclusiv 14-0 GRX, which worked for 6 years and died (did not pick, but broke often and ruble). I chose from considerations of simplicity of work, at least incomprehensible electronics, climbed, repaired myself in 15 minutes. As a result, not disappointed and pleased with the choice of BOSCH. The column is so easy to maintain that it is really possible to completely disassemble and assemble it in half an hour, taking into account the dusting of all units. I understood that it was necessary to immediately lubricate the stem of the water unit with grease and also to monitor it more often clean the heat exchanger and then the column should last a very long time.

Advantages: Bosch is a Portuguese manufacturer, the build quality is top notch, almost silent, lightweight, compact, it looks stylish compared to its counterparts, not an expensive price.

Disadvantages: Not detected for at least a month of use.

Comment: I advise everyone, before it was 4513 Neva worked for five years, but the difference as after the domestic car transfer to a foreign car business class, generally recommend, quieter column, I have not seen.

Advantages: Compact, lights immediately, unlike our analogue with auto ignition.

Disadvantages: Yes, in fact, there are no shortcomings for this class.

Comment: It is full of pluses, of the minuses - the absence of a temperature indicator, as on the old NEVA column. When you turn it on - the water goes very hot at first, then after 5 minutes the temperature levels off. I think that this is because of the heated water in the pipes in the house, which in 5 minutes is drained and already running water. Because of this, having to take a shower, get out of it in the process and tighten the regulator for hot water. In the mixer, I don’t interfere with the water, because I remember that this is fraught with overheating of the heating element in the column and its melting (we had solder dripping from it on the old Junkers). The pressure of the water is quite decent, the booster pump, which we had on the old column, is turned on only on Sunday, when the people start to wash and wash actively.

Disadvantages: worth 2 times more expensive than analogs, well, God bless it. justifies the quality of work.

Comment: I had a whole saga of installing and launching this column. First of all, I chose it from reviews and read about adapters from 3/4 to 1/2 dyum and GIANT hoses. After the purchase I studied the instructions and understood that in order for such a column to work well, it should be installed by SPECIALISTS, and in order to be preserved warranty, they must be authorized by BOSH. I called GORGAZ, there is no ear for spirit about the Boshevsky columns and about any training courses. but they categorically stated that I would turn to them anyway, since without checking them I have no right to use the column. turned into a digging from Bosch. there they convince me that they have the right to commissioning and that I have the right to operate after their installation. I did not know who to believe, but decided that I still want a working water heater more than a “legal” one. summoned the "super specialists" Bosch. Pre bought everything you need, namely:
* ONE GIANT hose to the cold water inlet (hot hose to the outlet was in the configuration and immediately by 1/2 inch)
* to him the ADAPTER from 3/4 to 1/2,
* adapter from 3/4 to 1/2 for gas
* laying on water and gas
In my case, I did not have to take the corner adapter, because the hose was twisted and bent normally.

attached a column and started to connect. started bending and pulling the hot water pipe. as a result, when the water flow from the wall began to splash fountain. cracked the pipe from the efforts of the workers. cut the pipe, fastened a nut and decided to replace MY BOSHEVSKY, now a short hose with a long one. They brought it, I’m not looking like a GIANT, but just like a crane. I say that this will not work. experts ask why. I explain that the pressure is less due to the smaller diameter and the column is automatically trimmed in performance. only after that they brought THEIR BOSCH and increased it. they do not know about the configuration and I did not dare to ask them to customize. The factory settings are fine. NO IN RUSSIA IS A QUALIFIED SERVICE! CONCLUSION: The column is good, BUT FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION!

Comment: The column in the private house changed the old Soviet one, takes up less space, does not require attention at all - once it adjusted the power / volume of water and forgot about it. Due to the low water pressure, the power turned out to be at a minimum (as on a pilot), the volume of water is almost at a minimum, and as a result I wash in the shower without any problems. When installing it turned out that the gas pressure in the supply line is almost twice (!) More than the standard in accordance with GOST. Therefore it was necessary to install a gas pressure stabilizer in front of the column (1 thousand rubles). Without it, the flame, even at minimum power, was the height of the heat exchanger, which is fraught with its burning, and, accordingly, a speedy exit of the column.

Advantages: Superr column, Production Partugaliya. To her you need to buy a square at 3/4, because the entrance to the cold water looks to the wall, because of this, you can not fasten the hose in any way, strange as it was thought up. With this column the pressure appeared very strong, almost the same as cold water, before it was Electrolux 275, so the pressure with it was initially very small. Bosh heats very well, temperature is regulated, piezo-ignition without batteries.

Comment: the column is sold only in white, I needed a gray one, but they said that it was very high-quality, so I bought it and did not regret it. Be sure to buy water hoses, called GIANTS, they are wider than normal hoses, respectively, and more water passes through them
