Comment: Bought not so long ago. They advised on one forum. Dries infrared with a temperature of 35 to 100 degrees. The output is a soft, even slightly moist product (if not overdry). During drying, all bacteria and other filth are completely killed: they do not tolerate rays. Therefore, if your vegetables - they can not wash. Mushrooms can also not wash. As a result, the quality of drying is very good: the bacteria are not depleted, so you can dry for a long time at a low temperature.
