Reducing the price of the device by 20%, in contrast to the following Standard class, is achieved due to the lack of a case that combines the boiler and control panel, while retaining all the basic characteristics and capabilities.

The required temperature of the heat carrier in the boiler is set by the built-in thermostat by smoothly adjusting from 30 to 85 degrees. In addition, boilers have the ability to connect an external thermostat, with which you can adjust the air temperature in the room. As an external thermostat, the GSM-Climate boiler remote control module (except for EPO-2.5) can be used, which allows you to adjust the room temperature at a distance, control the boiler operation and monitor its operability.

To ensure safety when heating to a predetermined coolant temperature, the thermostat shuts off the boiler and turns it on again after the temperature drops below the set one. For additional protection against overheating, the devices are equipped with a self-return emergency thermal switch, which, in case of failure of the main thermostat, turns off the boiler when the coolant temperature reaches 92 degrees. The heating elements of the boiler EPO 4, like all EVAN electric boilers without exception, are made of stainless steel, which increases their service life.
