Comment: The principle of work of Ezidri is a uniform blowing of products by a stream of hot dry air, thus, from them the moisture evaporates. In many dryers there is no fan, they simply “fry” the product at a low temperature, and the juice can drip on the fruits that are on the lower trays or on the heating element, this smells so fast, this device will quickly burn, be careful about the choice of the drying combine ! Even in Izidri it is not necessary to change the trays in places during drying, they are all blown evenly.

Comment: In general, the dryer is available in three versions: EzidriClassicEveryday (FD 300), EzidriSnackmaker (FD 500) and EzidriEzidriUltra 1000 (FD 1000), they differ only in power and number of trays that can be added to standard equipment. Temperature range: 35 ° - 65 ° C, there is a smooth adjustment of temperature conditions. It is possible to establish any intermediate value of temperature by continuous adjustment, this is important, for example, different varieties of apples may have different juiciness and density.
