Five or six plates of famous brands and among them 5100-04 Hephaestus, he won on the quality of baking. Give on the market and on the manufacturer's website again to shovel information. And the model 5100-04 is a 50cm wide stove, and I need 60..e-mine, really, I’d better take the stove because of the oven ... I wrote to the manufacturer to the manufacturer, to the website and to the customer service in Belarus with a question on the oven. I was shocked — for two days I received answers, and even the representative of the plant called the telephone (indicated in the feedback site). In short, all the plates of the 6100,5100 series, I quote: "Made on the basis of a universal module," that is, one oven in the entire range! And their ovens differ only in lighting; the 6100 has a double one. So, whatever stove I chose - the oven will be great. And so it happened - we stopped at the model 6100-02t2. Of the bloat only grill. But it included only a couple of times - baking, and so super. The oven is first heated at a maximum of 15-20 minutes, and then I put a baking sheet (aluminum) and reduce it to 240 degrees. Two rolls with filling, in the amount of one kg of dough, baked for about 20 minutes until roasted.

8. In general - the family is happy. cheap and angry. we always choose and pay only for what we use.

Or their hands do not grow from there, or are they sellers who have a percentage of sales and it is profitable for them to sell other brands at exorbitant prices. Do not overpay, take boldly. Grill with the effect of coals of fire, gorgeous meat is obtained, pre-marinated, of course. Spit in the kit is not, I did not need it, because I have a deep pan with a grid, in which I fry meat. As for longevity, I can’t say anything yet, not much time has passed, and everything else is super.

Comment: People who write in the reviews about the plates Hephaestus, that it turns out bad pastries, just did not read the instructions for the plate. Included is a roaster (thick black “baking sheet”, which in fact is not it), it is needed for picking up fat and juice when using the grill. And people thinking that this is a baking sheet trying to bake pies on it. The manual says that this brazier divides the oven in half, so the bottom is hot and everything burns, the heat does not pass to the top, it does not heat or bake anything. Use the usual aluminum baking sheet and enjoy wonderful pastries.
