Initially I installed a CISS with non-original cartridges - the print is excellent, but the ink was badly pumped from containers into cartridges; as a result, with large volumes of printing, the ink in the cartridges ended up and removed the CISS and refilled the originals.

Comment: I purchased this model and very much regret it. It all started with the installation of the printer driver. There is a disk with it, but there are no drivers or programs on it. You just football on the official HP website where you will need to download them ... If you do not have an Internet, installing a driver is not possible. The question is why with the drive? So as not to get lost where to fire wood? Next, download the driver and start dancing with a tambourine around the printer. The driver is a self-extracting archive. Unpacked somewhere and nothing happens. In general, I will not describe the procedure for installing the driver, but I will say straight that in order to install it you need to have the skills of a very confident PC user! By the way, the problem of installing the driver on Windows 10. I called the support service of this printer and they installed this driver through Team Wiew from morning to dinner !!!!! The printer is in the photo shop. 2 nights and 1 day left to install the driver !!!! We go further. The printer prints formats known only to it! That is, for example: put A4 paper and get an image on it with fields of 5mm on each side and 17mm bottom. it's hard! same with A3! Calling the support service from this will not go anywhere as it turns out, it is advised to print on a roll. I buy a roll ....If you put in the A4 settings you get the most incomprehensible dimensions of the image on a roll. I found the exit cut to size in Photoshop and start up on a roll. The image goes to the size of what you need, but cuts the paper about A1. how to cope with this has not yet come up ... that is, imagine the consumption of paper. You take scissors and drove .... The model is not modified initially. Why declare that he prints A4, A3, A2, A1. I am telling you that it cuts paper to this size, and the image prints less !!!!!!!!! In general, the result: if you want to translate paper and constantly solve some problems with it, this is a model for you !!!!

When printing on whatman paper, you need to set the format to 610 * 860, otherwise there will be large fields as the roll is 594 * 841. Cartridges are original only. Any snpch and pzk. Consumption is not great by the way. It is better to buy in sets of 3 color cartridges and a large black one. The drawings and fills print on 5 and the photo is only in the best mode and the photo should be made a little lighter, but this is my opinion. the plotter works in a photo shop. prints drawings and diagrams. and even cards. quality suits. if you use different types of paper, it is better to purchase additional spindles. and by the way, the plotter, after drawing and leveling the roll, signs it back, unlike old models.

The second one arrives, exchanges everything all the way to the motherboard and all the boards (but did not even try to make out the problem, as the robot came changed, left) checks, it says everything works. When it prints, it does not work, the specialist spread his hands and flew away. After that, for hours talking on the phone, the tips were, change the cord, reinstall the firewood, etc. give remote access to your computer. generally worth as a monument will be returned to the supplier. I highly do not recommend this model.
