2. Even at minimum speed it stops for a long time. You release the pedal - and it feels like a needle sews two more times.
3. Judging by the reviews here - the thread threader breaks easily.

Comment: I chose a machine for half a year, I wanted to keep within 8-10 thousand rubles, but the store was frightened by the pier - if there is no speed limiter, the child will sew, it can press the pedal too hard and the finger will drop under the needle! Nonsense of course unlikely! But I decided not to risk it ... Therefore, I began to search with a speed limiter.
The second decisive factor in favor of the 7524E is a tooltip for settings that is convenient for learning - depending on the mode selected, you immediately know which foot should be, pitch, width, pressure. For children - just super !!!!!!
P.S .: When choosing, looked towards the EXCEL 18W, 23U line. But they (according to the sellers) have shoals that are eliminated in 7524E.

An incredibly convenient system of prompts - in fact, everything is visible on the body of the typewriter - it is enough to read the instruction once before using it.

Disadvantages: Not equipped with a top conveyor, such as top models Pfaff. But in general, there are practically no flaws in the typewriter. For its class - one of the best, powerful and quiet cars, which had to be used.

Comment: The machine sews confidently and smoothly.It shows itself well on different types of tissues. Of course, you need to understand that the machine is designed for light and medium fabrics, so no one guarantees that it will sew thick and dense well. In fact, jeans and a thick raincoat sew perfectly, which on some other machines did not work. Imitation stitches (elastic knitwear and overlock) are a plus, but, of course, they cannot replace an overlock and a flat-panel machine (or a carpetlock instead of these two). The price of the machine is acceptable - the complete analogue of the Family 8024 costs 40-60% more expensive, as well as, for example, the good Husqvarna Emerald 118 / Husqvarna Viking Eden Rose 250M. Of these cars, I choose Janome 7524E for sure - excellent quality at a lower price.
