Comment: I have been using these ears for almost 20 years. The first ones I bought on the old “Gorbushka”, made in USA, used them very tightly. It was impossible to get Ambushur before, I got out of the situation like this: I bought the cheapest Chinese headphones with matching foam in a stall - foam rubber at Koss, China in a bucket. 5 years ago they all died, one of the speakers began to wheeze. I did not find a worthy replacement for this money - I bought new ones. The wire on the plug has never broken, because I have the know-how from school: you take an ordinary pen with a spring on the rod, winding the spring into the place where the plug goes into the wire, after which the wire stops bending at the fracture and lives doooooo much and happily . All friends on all headphones so doing (this is the weakest point in any ears).

Advantages: 1) Great sound. Clean, warm, nothing rattles and is not distorted.
2) Convenience wearing. Sit perfectly, do not fly off, do not cause discomfort.
3) The pressure regulator on the ears :) I do not use it, but still an interesting thing.
4) A flimsy-looking but reliable construction. A steel headband is just great. It provides a good fit and does not add much weight.
5) Great stack.
6) Come with a slip case. Nicely.
7) More than adequate price.
8) Look uh ... Unusually, vintage. Not dumb in such a walk on the street.
9) Perfectly work with any devices (PC, iPad 2, iPhone 4S, iPod Shuffle, Nokia 5228, Nokia C5)

Disadvantages: 1) Wire. I feel everyone knows a place that after a year of use will have to change. If anyone knows where to get a normal cable - scribble me;) (A year has passed, the cable keeps)
2) All this foam. Convenient, but what to do when worn out - I can not imagine. How to fit the dynamics of the idea is, but about the temporal linings find it difficult.
3) Lovers to wear around the neck: you can try, but uncomfortable.
4) It takes about 30-60 sec. - depends on the skill. For me, in general, does not matter.
5) If you do not know how to wear and take off - tear hair. Here we need a special approach. For me, the question is solved :)

Comment: I hate gags. Awful headphone type. Therefore, choosing from overhead, but small. The sound just hit. I can say that these headphones are still the best I've heard for this price. I wear almost without removing. And use with all my devices. After these ears, the sound in others seems flat, dirty, and the bass is ridiculous. For the way they play Nirvana, Metallica, Nickelback, Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin is ready to embrace the engineers and ask them for a spare foam foam: 3

Advantages: You can already say the "legendary" model. Good (while new) and presented in detail the entire sound range. Virtually the only model of this price range and headphone size that has such a good bass. Many years have passed, and she has never had a competitor in it. Light, not felt on the head.The level of the clamping force is regulated by a switch on the plastic holder. Handles are drawn to any head size. It is very convenient to fold in the "tangle" with the hook on the handle.

Disadvantages: The party with bad plastic jumped - plastic holders broke in them, it was necessary to glue (this, by the way, was the anniversary series of the “20 years of the Koss company”;) - a good braided cord was finally made in it, but the plastic was terrible). In addition, the weak point is the plug and sometimes the cord itself, with frequent use and bending, the contact is broken, but I suspect the weak point of almost any "street" headphones. Well, the hook for folding headphones can sometimes hook your hair (to someone, and this is a drawback).

Comment: I have been using this model since 1997, replacing it once a year (the membrane sags and often significantly sags the middle and high — as often as I do every day, use — it’s enough for about a year, then it makes sense to change it). As a result, a couple of dozen Porta Pros passed through my hands (not to be confused with the Sporta Pro - a completely different model with a sound much worse): and with the sound control on the cord (complete horror, as if they added resistance to this control, there is almost no sound - immediately changed), and the anniversary series described above, and the standard ...
Their design is simple, they understand without a screwdriver (well, except that the plug is sealed) and for people with hands to fix the above light flaws is a matter of five minutes. By the way, the last time the plug came in, I bought plugs with a headset - I rewired it to the bridge and now I have a Porta Pro with a headset ...; -p
In any case, the sound of these flaws crosses. Highly recommend.
Recently, once again I made an attempt to look for a replacement for them ... There were no competitors (I don’t like to wear large models with big ear pads on the street, so I didn’t consider this category) - still not.

Advantages: Just a gorgeous sound.
The whole range of frequencies, even low ones at the limit of the audible range. Good balance with bass, at a low volume the level of low frequencies does not change, as it were, Bass Boost. Clear sounding of all instruments, I heard even new ones that I hadn’t heard before. Stacked in a very compact lump.
Comfortable headband, wear in winter under a hat with ears.

Disadvantages: I did not find them for myself. Headphones are designed to the smallest detail. Thanks to KOSS.

Comment: I myself am a musician and these headphones are the best that I had. And there was a lot and nagging strongly. Grade 5+

Advantages: Excellent, deep sound, soft juicy bass! Power and strength - such feelings arise as soon as you dress them. These ears sit comfortably, adjust to any taste. Perfectly suited for home use, walking, running and even sleeping. Compact, quality worthy price.

Disadvantages: The main drawback is paralon wear, after two years of use it definitely needs to be changed, and it is difficult to get it. And the wire would be a little bit more authentic and make it out of a more resistant material — the wires harden over time (after a year of active use). Breaks in the plug (in mini jack) I do not consider it a disadvantage, anything can be pulled, jumped, or they themselves have worn out, I took a solder, like the wires, I said the main drawbacks above.

Comment: I use two and a half years, I am satisfied. For headphones, this model, it is done conscientiously. I changed the plug 5 times (I use it every day), once the whole wire, I opened the speakers to clean the dirt (if it starts to crackle). without any problems.

Advantages: + Very light, ideally sit on the head and do not remind of themselves, the metal head restrains the speakers to the head well, they do not fly off even during trainings in the gym.
+ Folding. When not needed, I put it in my pocket. It is not necessary to always wear around the neck.In winter, they fit well on the head under the cap.
+ Great bass! After them, many player headphones seem pathetic squeaky. For heavy and dance music is the most!

Disadvantages: - The wire is dead, it breaks down in the area of ​​the plug somewhere in half a year, but with proper skill it is quickly and easily soldered. In the worst case, it can break in the place of soldering to the dynamics - I could not get there with a knife and a soldering iron.
- it is impossible to wear with one hand, each time you need to adjust them to fit your head
- sometimes it seems that the upper frequencies of the boy are cut off

Comment: Recently, my port about finally died, I no doubt went and bought the same. This is the best headphones for the player.

Advantages: Great headphones!) I use them for more than 4 years) no complaints about the sound. The bass is great, you just need to set up the equalizer correctly)

Disadvantages: For 4 years, the ear cushions (pads) were torn in the trash, but it does not matter) Today I bought new ones (190 p. - 6 pieces)
A month ago, the right supervisor stopped working, found a gap, and in 10 minutes he soldered a new one. Everything worked fine! But in less than a week, the left earpiece stopped working (I did the same procedure) - now everything is gorgeous!)

Advantages: The best model for the money.
The sound is great. Other headphones, if you press closer to the ears, the sound amplifies, the bass, and if you do the same with these headphones, then there is no gain, everything is constantly playing at a height.
When folded, they fit in the palm of your hand - an indispensable thing to travel. I lie in my bag when I need it - I got it, unwrapped it, listen.
Strong enough - many times dropped, pulled, including in transport - no complaints.
A huge plus is the lining above the ears - the ears do not get tired - you can use them, for example, to watch movies in silence - you can adjust it so that your head and ears do not feel these headphones and do not get tired!

Disadvantages: no flaws. The only thing is that in winter you have to wear a hat, or wear other headphones, because the head is cold. But this is a disadvantage of all headphones of this format.

Comment: What can I say, if you constantly see these headphones in other people. Sometimes you go to the subway and notice that there are 4 people around you and everyone with such ears)))

Advantages: I listen to extremely heavy music: Black, Heavy, Death. Excellent rich sound of all frequencies. Very juicy and distinct bass.

Headphones are very comfortable, fit well on the head. Metal rim - elegant. This is the best choice for public transport.

When folding, the headphones take up little space - you can safely carry them in your bag.

Disadvantages: Bad, wooden wires. After a year of active use, I no longer contacted one ear. I had to re-solder.

Comment: I bought for 1500 rubles - the price is justified by 100%. I think the best sports headphones in nature yet. :)

P.S .: Included is a bag of leatherette. Headphones get in and out with difficulty, but this accessory is just a godsend for owners of external hard drives! :)

Advantages: + they really sit comfortably on the head

+ These headphones are all "over the teeth" (or rather, "over the ears")). You can listen to both classics and electronics, watch movies or play computer ... Of course, these are far from “homemade” ears (not monitors), but they are still quite universal.

Disadvantages: Many people write that the wires are prone to kink ... this is not critical.I have them, while they are new, neatly shook them with black tape in 3 layers (not the entire length, of course, but only near the ears). Now that certainly will not have to re-solder))

Comment: There was a choice between the Porta Pro and Sennheiser HD202. Chose KOSS and do not regret!
