The “surround” sound is one name, it sharply boosts the high frequencies and does not improve, but distorts the overall sound, reinforcing the faint background sounds. Adjusting the equalizer does not help, and after a while it tires you, I had to turn it off. There is no linear sound output ("tulips"). Of course, the year is 2017, but there is no optics in my old high-quality amplifier.

Comment: Old TV 46 ”(with wide frames) of another brand worked for 10 years and decided to retire, I had to select a new one. Dear (OLED, etc.) did not consider, since TV and movies are not watching much.
