Advantages: Great tv, perfect black. It is convenient to drive the remote on the screen, like a mouse on the table. Their latest-generation embedded processor is very fast, in some tasks it is not buggy and not tupit.
Disadvantages: Well, of course, the price, but you have to pay for technology and quality.
Comment: Some people do not like the sound, so buy an additional home theater system and everything will be fine with you. For everyday use, built-in speakers are enough.

Advantages: Design, sound, picture, control
Disadvantages: Price
Comment: I managed to take when I was 145,000, another discount for online payment and I went out around 130,000.
This is the first OLED TV. Super picture, awesome convenient control, you feel like a conductor)
Sound and without acoustic panel decently enough.
In general, all that is well-expensive!

Advantages: Picture ready for future 4K HDR
Disadvantages: too many settings, mine most of them do not improve the picture.
Comment: Decent TV, bought at the start of sales before raising prices for home and channel. In general, TV deserves 5 stars, but I still would recommend to connect the DC. For PS4 PRO TV, the TV is completely ready, but there are no films in 4K. And those that are, not very different from HD quality. I also prepared a video review with test images, I recommend to read it.
Since that time, managed to remove the mini-series. In the second series, added tests. And in the third considered banding. But still recommend, good tv.

Advantages: OLED matrix, black is the same as TV is off, and bright colors look just better than live :)) incredibly rich and clear!
Before that there was a LED from LG, also 55 diagonal, and I certainly didn’t expect such a huge difference.
4K HDR movies via Dune HD Pro 4K and games on Xbox One X are just BOMB right out of the box right away !!! I can’t even imagine that now you can think up better than this)) emotions as from a new car)) a completely different level of image that is felt even on terrestrial TV.
Web OS 4.0 is running too fast! and indeed the whole TV works at the maximum possible speed.
The pairing with the LG BH9530TW home cinema is better than on the old TV, now I use one remote control, switching between the audio signal inputs from the ARC to the Optical, and the receiver itself began to work faster, directly in sync with the TV.

Disadvantages: I have not found it yet, I like everything very much!
Burnout and residual images should not be afraid, just read the instructions for use and do not listen to consultants in the electronics store, who are not able to do this. Because of one of these, I almost bought QLED, but I figured it out myself and realized:
"The burning of static elements can be seen on demonstration stands, in shop windows, whose sellers do not know how to properly operate a TV that is not their own. The point is that on an ice-screen TV, after every four hours of continuous viewing, the self-cleaning mechanism starts. But only in standby mode. You can watch tv in a row for at least ten hours, but then you need to put tv on standby for at least an hour (usually it takes much less time).
In the same stores, TVs are not in standby mode - either on or completely off. And it’s impossible to clean the TV in this mode. "

Comment: For the OLED future!
Who compares it with QLED, you know, a chansha still has the same VA or IPS LCD matrix, simply the same LED, with filters, with edge backlighting, this is the 2008 technology, which is wrapped in a new wrapper!
=== Differences from models c6, c7 ===
The technical process itself remains the same, however several important parameters are radically improved:
1) The new α9 processor which supports 120 frames per second in 1080p format when playing from a USB drive.
2) Optimized subpixels, especially red, the size of which is increased. This will lead to less possibility of "burnout" of the matrix.
Although in domestic use it was not essential before, but the games ... - this is important for them.
3) Increasing the area of the red subpixel will lead to a more accurate color on the screen, especially flesh tones (skintones), in this part the Oled LG had a weak spot, they turned yellow on their faces, and even with a professional calibration some time and effort was required (skentones) to match.
Colors out of the box should be better.
4) Return to the "banding" by 5% shading at the tv level of 2016 with increased sensitivity in the shadows at the tv level of 2017. Even better than 2016 and 2017.
Of course, each TV 2018 will be different from each other, but in general, the improvement "on the face."
5) Increase peak brightness. In and of itself, apart from other characteristics of TV, this is not enough, but in general, and especially compared to 2016, this is a significant improvement, although it is only needed for 4k hdr content.
Dolby Vision - visually reduces this apparent difference to a minimum, but only on content and a player with DV.
6) C8 handles gradients better than C7 and adds a black frame, so it is a little better for games.
7) C8 has an additional BFI mode to reduce blur.

Advantages: The quality of static and dynamic pictures.
Disadvantages: The sound is worse than last year’s c7 model. The bass is amplified, but the high frequencies sound very straw. No, the sound is not terrible, just worse than it was.
Comment: Took to replace last year's model c7. TV turned out very good, out of the box shows without complaints in conjunction with the ps4 pro, and even do not want to tune anything, 10 \ 10. In general, improved processing of color transitions, better shows the details on black. Input lag remained at the old level in both modes 21ms. Added BFI, which cuts the juiciness of the picture by 50%, which makes this feature meaningless. Added automatic dimming for static images.
At the moment, this is the best that can be taken from TV for money.
