Advantages: high-quality amplifier high-quality sound high-quality terminals. perfectly shakes and controls the acoustics. Even the chassis is double-layered and covered with copper - this already speaks about the build quality. SACD sound amazing.
Disadvantages: really comes with a cheap standard remote. Expensive acoustics are desirable for unlocking the potential of an amplifier.
Comment: good amplifier differs sharply from conventional amplifiers series 5xxx.6xxx, 7xxx, 8xxx. Although they are similar in appearance but this is a different amplifier. I was surprised by the operation of the amplifier in the power amplifier mode - very good quality. This is probably the best option to turn on the receiver + separate power amplifier. By the way, this amplifier is great for movies. I want to especially note that for the disclosure of the amplifier you need appropriate acoustics, for example, you immediately feel the difference between the Focal Chorus 7xx and the Focal Chorus 816. But 816 will not be enough! But in conjunction Marantz-B & W will have to look for cables. But in order not to suffer, for this amplifier I recommend acoustics from Focal of the highest price category.
