I bought these plugs as a gift for the girl, she didn’t taste them, took them back, instead gave Apple the one.
Well, I feel the sound is well conveyed, all the rules, then let me think I put less ear cushions. As a result, the gag fits deeper and deeper into the ear and a chic kind bass appeared!
I use monitors less often - now I take these babies with me and enjoy the music!

Advantages: Clear sound with a well-crafted surround scene, decent bass not swallowing the middle and crystal top that does not sand. A high-quality wire that doesn’t get so messy in your pocket, the 3.5mm L-shaped connector is made with high quality metal insert to increase strength and the presence of a spring on the wire itself helps to avoid kinking. In general, the quality is on top, the manufacturer tried to make a thing for durable use in extreme conditions. I can summarize: he succeeded.

Disadvantages: Some discomfort with long-term (more than 3 hours) use

Comment: Although Marshall has long established himself as a master of guitar sound with overload, in my opinion, these headphones are not suitable for too heavy music overloaded with sound attack. Much nicer in them is listening to prog rock / metal, where it is important not to miss the moment when the guitarist performs an unexpected passage, or the drummer performs a complicated jumble and moves from it to another dimension.IMHO, classic trash / aids and numerous modern Cortex, up to and including Gent, sound good, but oh well, the limitations of the style here still have an effect. I listen to this miracle on a daily basis, so to speak, a workhorse, they have been with me for half a year, and they do not cease to amaze with the soundness of crystal sound, the sound of the plates is very pleasing, it sounds rolling, rich, not overloaded and does not roll into the sand. The flaws of the recording are very well heard, so familiar songs played in a new, more vivid way. I use them in a pair with Samsung Note 3, as a player - the best player for Android - Neutron, as a flac source with a sampling of 44 and 48 and + the player's hot-water bottle, since the high impedance of the ears themselves in its pure form gives a quiet sound.

Advantages: Great sound. Ergonomics and wearing comfort. Reliable cable. Value for money.

Disadvantages: The clamp on the remote to fix the cable is not practical. It would have been better if there was a clothespin, since the clip can be fastened only on the pocket, but it is not always present in the wardrobe.

Comment: For me, these headphones have become a real discovery. In the store, I listened to about a dozen models up to 5,000 rubles, and stumbled upon this one by chance. I did not even know that Marshall started making in-ear headphones.
I liked the sound from the very first minutes of listening. It is very voluminous and clean, without distortion and blockages. The main focus is on the woofers, which are well developed, do not buzz and do not fit in the middle, it remains clear and melodic. HF is not much lowered, but they have not a bad resolution and decent detail, the plates do not fall into a heap, like many competing headphones for the same money.
In general, I am completely satisfied with the sound of Mode EQ. Headphones are not bad played with a smartphone Xiaomi Mi Note.
I recommend them to at least listen. They are definitely worthy of attention.

Comment: Long chose the ears, in the end the choice narrowed down to Marshall Major and these ears. I chose these because of good sound insulation, the Major has none, it would not be comfortable to use in transport. Very pleased with the quality of performance of these headphones, everything is very strong and reliable, it seems that they will stay with me for more than one year. Immediately the shape of the plugs themselves seemed at least strange, but in fact it is very convenient and the earphone is firmly fixed in the ear. Headphones look pretty stylish, as for plugs, though, the taste and color .... but I like it. As for the sound, he completely satisfied me. Before that, I didn’t use headphones that cost more than 800r, but the “wow!” Effect they didn’t produce, it didn’t grieve me, the sound is still clear and pleasant. The seller said that my Lumia 830 is unable to unleash their full potential, so my opinion is not very reliable in terms of sound. I repeat, I like it, but I expected more, someday I will try a better media. I was pleased with the purchase.

Comment: Chic sound - I use it together with the Sony player (nwz-e584), even with the help of such an inexpensive player you can get very good playback quality. In the future, I plan to switch to Cowon players - let's see what happens ....

At first, opening the package and starting to use them, I was a little upset, the sound was clear but completely without bass, some kind of "faded" and unsaturated, warmed up a little (12 hours) - the situation practically did not change.

The solution was quite simple - you just had to change the ear cushions so that the headphones were tightly fixed in the ear canal. After that, I fully appreciated the beauty of these headphones, great sound, bass - more than enough, even had to be removed. High frequencies do not collapse (I often listen to Jpop + JRock).
