Disruption of alignment. There is a faint odor - perhaps lubrication (I hope that lubrication - and not insulation melts), and possibly burning metal. For 1000r and above, I would not take this device. But, fortunately, in some places the prices are closer to reality (he took for 490r in one well-known grocery office).
PS According to the results of semi-annual operation, the smell disappeared, the noise decreased.

Comment: At first, I wanted a fan to the office on a clothespin (there is sorely not enough space on the desk, and in principle there is no space on the floor). Then I saw this miracle on my leg for 490 rubles and decided that, in principle, I didn’t really need a clothespin, but I could also put a fan on the multifunction device, standing nearby - on the pedestal. Now chasing him - waiting for the smell to stop. Then I will try to "process with a file" - remove the sprues and other excess rubbish from the body and the propeller - I hope that after that the sound will be quieter and the eccentricity will disappear. ... When assembling, it struck that the propeller was not fixed on the axis at all (floor turntables have a left-hand screw, a tightening propeller, but this one is not). In connection with this fact, I am glad that the casing of the propeller is metal and it is mounted on reliable clamps: if the propeller flies off, I, most likely, will survive and get rid of it with a “slight fright”.
PS The first photo is on the day of purchase. The second photo - six months later - October 8, 2018. It works flawlessly.

Advantages: It blows perfectly even at the 1st speed, it works quietly (the lattice made of thin rods contributes to this), it looks nice, inexpensive (bought for 990 rubles). What else do you need?
