Advantages: Beautiful nice bike, creates a feeling of reliability, soft and pleasant fit, good forks, very soft ride, easy dynamic acceleration, I liked the gear shift
Disadvantages: Uncomfortable saddle
Comment: In principle, I liked everything until it was stolen.

Advantages: Frame, acceptable for its price kit

Comment: Otkatal for the season about 1.5 thousand km, serious flaws are not found.

Advantages: Completed more than 1000 km. There are no critical complaints about the product. On the merits of the bike can talk forever. I'll be brief:

Disadvantages: Standard equipment has no wings. Native tires Merida K904 are designed for soil, I would even say mud. Not suitable for asphalt.Kend's chambers are thin, so be careful on the curbs and watch the pressure. You can pierce (just two puncture). Do not really hope for disc brakes either, but they are not as afraid of dirt as V-patches. If you move on the roads, the standard "ding" is better to replace pneumochoorn. Between 5 and 6 with an asterisk you want to add another gear.
Comment: Tires immediately replaced the Kenda with road tread. The wings are the cheapest for 26-28 "wheels. After a rather long break, I feel only positive emotions on the Merida bike. What I wish for you all!

Advantages: Well rolled, well assembled
Disadvantages: Saddle, rear switch, shifters, grips, fork.
Comment: I compare the sensations with a ride on the Stealth Navigator 850 for 13,000 rubles, and the comparison is not in favor of Merida. Starting from the obvious, the rear switch Altus at a price of 18k + is not serious, the shifters are not so comfortable, the saddle is generally a nightmare, it would be better if it was not included. The plug is clear only for the view, but with Stels I can block it normally and adjust its rigidity, and here the lock works once, and the rigidity adjustment does not work at all. When you jump on the curb in a fork, it feels like metal is beating on metal, unpleasant.
Grips and design is a matter of taste, I do not really like in comparison with the same Stealth 850.
In general, for the money would recommend another bike.

Advantages: bright (I have a green color), comfortable, disc brakes, assembled is not bad.
Disadvantages: seat, lack of wings, not the accuracy of the front and rear switches, tires are poorly suited for urban skating, noisy and not very good reel, rubber handles on the steering wheel is also not so hot, calluses can be rubbed. This is all the little things.
Comment: This is my first bike in this design, I chose first from stealth, but I accidentally stumbled upon a shop in Merida. Of course, stealth with the same weight will be cheaper and there will be wings in the kit, but in Merida the build quality and the performance itself were attracted, even though China. In my opinion the frame inspires confidence. I bought 2 at once, for myself and my wife, only the frame is the same for her. I rode about 150 km. It’s too early to draw conclusions about the reliability of the parts, but nothing seems to have disappeared or broken. I changed the perekidki something, both front and rear, I even had to work with the rear with a throwing file, remove the play, and it became noticeably clearer to work (on the second bike I tuned perfectly the first time and didn’t need any improvements). The hitch is worth the initial level of SHIMANO ALTUS and there is no need to expect any miracles from it, but for city rides and nature trips it should be enough, the main thing is to adjust it well. Mechanical disc brakes, but with their responsibilities cope perfectly. I didn’t have to ride a seat of this type before, and for me it’s awfully tough, the tailbone didn’t get used to it for 2 weeks of riding, it hurts terribly, my wife has the same symptoms. What company did not disassemble the seat, except for the inscription DDK nothing. But the seat is generally an intimate question and you have to choose under your sciatic nerve, for yourself it is recorded in the minus. The plug is elastomeric, but it is and that is fine, another for such a price can not be. In general, the bike is good, in my opinion the quality of the price is perfectly combined, by the way, both cost 35 tr. I don’t regret my choice, but the rest will come with time.

Disadvantages: Personally, I didn’t like the rear derailleur (Altus 9)
Comment: Good for the money, pleasant to use. Rubber is quite normal and adequately holds the road. The lack of a rear switch in the uninformativeness of switching is 4.5 or 5.6 speeds (they do not immediately switch when accelerating or intensive switching).
