Comment: I chose for pokatushek for game and mushrooms. I took on the basis of price / range - not sure what corresponds to (the Ural mountains may be anomalous ...). When I first turned on, I found a "deep" battery discharge, when I tried to charge I realized that it was better to buy batteries. They did not turn off the walkie-talkie a day, while often changing the power (reduced when they were nearby). Pleased with moisture protection - talked in the rain (did not let down). I noticed a drop in charge with a 10-hour use in the "call" mode sags to the 1st division, although it was quickly restored. The general impression is good, the movements on quadrics became much more fun, although they were not noticed even with vibro - you need to pick up a normal headset (I'll try the laryngophone next week).

Moisture protection works, but nothing about impact resistance. A radio without an acc-ra is very light, so it should not be dropped.

When you put the headset on your ear, it fades and after a while it starts to hurt. In this case, the microphone on a very elastic long bar, when running or jumping, the headset immediately drops from the ear, so for active sports you need to fix the microphone on your cheek with a band-aid. The headset itself is not tightly fitted into the ear, i.e. Everything that happens around is audible as well as without a headset.

VOX mode can really be configured to talk in silence in a very quiet whisper without a button. But the transmission is activated with a delay of 0.2-0.5 seconds, so the first word is not fully heard.

Comment: By coincidence, became the owner of the radio Midland 1050 (hereinafter M) and Voxtel MR 950 Next (B). Compared everything, review below.
"M" took for itself on the basis of reviews in nete, took in the same place. Cost 3000 rub + 300 rub (delivery). I was pleased. But the time has come to go to the mountains with the guys who have “B” from the contact for 2300 rubles. "M" and "B" do not have common operating frequencies, respectively. the radios do not match each other - they began to test which ones are better, who would have to buy more.
Based on the thought that I ordered the “M” in a specialty store, and that “B” was cheaper and close by, I was sure that “B” was a children's toy. But I was wrong, I was wrong ...
At the first test (on the way out of the city in a straight line through the village), both radios behaved on a par, stopped every 500 meters and checked the connection. I’ll say right away that in the car I did not take any more than 1 km in the car. But stopping and leaving the car worked ex. "M" could not make a verdict, because the battery has sat down (when the bat. the car goes down. the outgoing signal decreases) at the 7th km. “B” with noise but clearly, took 11 or 11.5, and then the road abruptly went down.
The day after charging, "M" continued. I drove off in a straight line for 8 km. The connection here and there was excellent. 1 time "M" took where they did not take "B".
The verdict is, the radio "M" and "B" took on a solid four of 8 km, 10-11 km to 4-, then did not try since hard to find a flat terrain more than 10 km. This is enough for me, given the fact that I will use it not on the plains.The “M” has a slightly more powerful signal, and the squelch copes well with its work, but the first test was failed by the battery, after the second they worked another 4-5 hours just in the “ON” mode and died, while these 2 days "B" kept on one charge.
The "B" does not have a volume margin, all of the time you have to keep the sound on "MAX", but they are really 1.5 times smaller than the "M" and in terms of weight as well. No headset included.
But the price and availability have played their role - he went and took a set of Vokstelov.
I will say this, each model pulls exactly on its value. In connection, the difference is not great.

Advantages: Multifunctional, compact, powerful enough. Clean, loud, legible sound. Power supply from native batteries, and from AA, incl. and just batteries. Good equipment: all in one package. Battery capacity corresponds to the stated - measured Imax B6.

Disadvantages: Charging "brainless" cradle is a sure way to ruin the batteries. Factory blister is huge, as mentioned earlier. Native batteries are enough for a short time: with inactive use (at the level of "where are you?" - "in pi ..." hum :-)) - "close") is enough for about a light autumn day with a drop in power at "M" at the end.
The quality of the headsets from the kit is not ice, but you can use it.

Comment: Not bad, budget RS. Low noise level during conversation and generally not a bad connection for difficult conditions.

I have not identified shortcomings for the year and there are none in my opinion. If you want, you will find it everywhere and in everything, but if you find something unimportant and those that have nothing to do with the characteristics.P.S. expressed his opinion. I'm completely satisfied. And I also order a set for my uncle as a gift for hunting.

Advantages: Conveniently lies in the left hand. Not very big weight. I was surprised by a very large reception radius - in Moscow, from the CMEA building to Mosfilm, even without interference in group mode.
