6. Design. The rear camera looks great. But here is the front, with a sticking out "pipkoy" a rather strange creation. The lens could be drowned in the body, and in general make the design more compact. Coupled with a huge "snag" on the suction cup, we get almost the additional "rear-view mirror" in size on the windshield.
7. Battery. He is virtually none. But on the other hand, this is not an action camera and it will be foolish to write off the score for it. Just a note - to record anything longer than a minute without external power is unrealistic.

Comment: What this registrar doesn’t take away is stability of work. Understand whether or not the recording is very simple by the flickering of a tiny orange LED. Once he actually drove for two days, while the recorder spent many hours under the scorching sun - and no problems. Of the additional advantages - support for 2x memory cards, and a large button to save the recorded material to a protected folder if necessary.

Of the minuses - the case of cheap plastic, all squeaks, grunting in the hands when you try to turn the recorder on the hinge. Fastening - unreasoned and very "snag" gigantic sizes. To turn the recorder is simply unrealistic, the feeling that the hinge was smeared with glue. The snag on the suction cup is a stone age, it was possible to make a compact velcro-mount, like a rear camera.The need to insert usb every time is generally insignificant. This is trivially inconvenient, especially in the dark, plus I do not think that it will play for durability.

The display is disgusting. If you look at it at the slightest angle, then there is a light and see something unreal. The registrar hung up on the right, opposite the passenger (a giant snag-sucker ties hands in terms of comfortable accommodation), and I don’t see what the display shows. Could not find the brightness setting. In the dark, the display hits the eyes with full force, showing cameras / radar. It is impossible to disable the warning about radars, at least in the firmware "from the box". Since the cameras are installed every 100 meters in Moscow, at night the recorder additionally plays the role of a stroboscope.

What conclusions: put 4-ku, although closer to 3.5. With a normal mount, slightly more expensive materials and a decent display, the recorder would deserve the top five. And do not say that the price was different. Take the Inspector Scirocco, it costs even less, but the materials of the case and the display are one level higher. I consider the price at the level of 8-9k ($ 150) to be justified, and in a chur it was strongly tailored to the materials.

Plastic and mounting is excellent, there is no problem to remove and install, I really installed it right away and hid all the wires.
The radar base in Moscow and the region (roads to Zelenograd) is excellent, I haven’t traveled farther out of town, but I’ll check to Mozhaisk soon.
The main thing is that it doesn’t yell like mad all the time, but after 400m it begins to murmur in a quiet way with a slight increase.
