Comment: I got this miracle of technology with the d610. Originally treated him with great skepticism because of luminosity and cost. But taking pictures with him in different conditions, I realized that the glass is more than good. I would advise it, as a universal travel zoom to amateur photographers))) Below I will leave a couple of photos from this glass.

Advantages: Easy to use, lightweight, focus is tenacious, inexpensive but high-quality, assembly at height, metal and glass + VR (generally beyond praise, I personally shot from hands on exposure from 1/30 to 1/60), tight rotation of the zoom ring for me dignity, working blend.

Disadvantages: That's really not there, except for geometric distortion, but if you shoot not on film, then programmatically easy to edit. HA is present, but I still do not see lenses where they are not, on the fixes in general tin, take at least the insanely expensive new 85mm.

Comment: I can note one thing: you have to adapt to shooting a wide angle, 24 mm is still a wide angle to minimize geometric distortions. And if the frame is taken from the desired point, then these distortions can even be overlooked, if desired, lr rules them with one button. Even backlight holds surprisingly well. Before acquiring it, I wanted to buy a big, fast and expensive - now I absolutely do not want. There is more than enough for a report, of course, having an APS matrix (not a crop) to use iso to make it acceptable up to 800-1250. I am really pleased. At least that did not overpay the excess for 24-70 with its flaws. Who doubts not to take, take will not regret, only if the hardware does not limp)

Advantages: Very nice picture with D7100. I did not think that this would happen. Sharpness-at a distance of 200 meters, you can read the machine number, and for 50 capillaries in the eye you can see. Stub !!! Doing his job at 100!

Disadvantages: Dark, but compared to other state employees - a ray in a dark kingdom. Yes, for the price.

Comment: Maybe I was lucky with this instance, but I'm happy, I do not regret a penny spent on this purchase.

Advantages: price, silent, easy, universal, fast focusing

Disadvantages: after cleaning off the dirt droplets flew off pieces of the coating on the front lens

Comment: Took along with the carcass. Cool lens for reportage, but bad for portraits, so I bought a more versatile Tamron 24-70 f / 2.8.

Advantages: excellent sharpness on all apertures and throughout the field. perfectly holds the oncoming sun. durable, reliable, solid metal, no plastic.

Disadvantages: quite noisy at work, focusing ring tight, moving in spurts.the focal length ring is also not a gift, making a smooth shift on the video is unrealistic.

Comment: for such money - absolutely out of competition. Of course, it’s strange for a full-frame camera for 60 ++ and more sput to buy budget zooms, but, surprisingly, the full matrix hides above all praise.

Advantages: It is a decent sharpness on all focal, even with an open hole. Small size and weight, adequate price.

Disadvantages: I do not want to find fault, especially considering the budget class of the lens. No obvious punctures, in my opinion, no.

Comment: Hire a full frame. I took it relatively recently, but I managed to get a serious shot several times. I took it like glass for everyday architectural landscape paintings, urban panoramas, partly as travel and so on. For its tasks and at its price glass is very decent. In the absence of any specific high requirements for luminosity, boke, constructive, etc., is the very thing that is necessary. Workmanship, too, made a good impression, nothing rattles, does not falter and does not play. Autofocus and stub (VR) pleased. If you compare it with the old 24-120 / 3.5-5.6 G VR (it was once shot by it), then 24-85 gives it a hundred points ahead, especially regarding sharpness and the pattern on the open hole.

Comment: I advised to buy one photographer with a capital letter, which I did in principle, there are no more analogs in this price range on this price range! What else I like, it is practically absent in the secondary market, and that says something about something, really, really!

Advantages: Sharp, good lens. I rent them half a year the flight is normal.

Disadvantages: Not found.

Comment: Darkish of course, but it is not hidden. Fast, clear focus. In general, I am satisfied, for such money is a normal weight.

Advantages: Sharpness in good light.
The price for Chinese is big.
The stabilizer works fine, quiet.

Disadvantages: At the focus 24 of the internal flash in the corners, dark spots sometimes occur.
Tightly twist the lens to install from 24 to 85mm.

Comment: An interesting lens. The more they shoot, the more I like it. I shot the nature in -24 degree owl, the stabilizer worked fine, but I didn’t want to focus on a 24 mm focus for some reason. I shot it on the D800 RAV + Jeep. I think in the cold with my responsibilities lens coped. Not a single blurred picture.
The video on it turns out excellent quality. So that turning the lens tight from 24 to 85 is also better. Let me explain: you can put any focal distances without fear that they will get off (especially in winter when the fingers are numb). I’m putting on the 4 + object. Take it you will not regret it.
There was no feedback on it. Look at the test: the quality of the picture is 5, the overall rating is 4. This is so.
