Omron M2 Classic Reviews

Evaluation 5
Advantages: This is the second tonometer in the family from the company OMRON. Previous served 10 years. During this time, I changed only 2 sets of batteries. I use irregularly.
The measurement is accurate, the batteries last for a very long time! The cuff is strong, velcro is stable. The device is very quiet, works like a clock. I highly recommend this product.
Disadvantages: Not!
Comment: I bought OMRON one more for my parents, it will be the third (OMRON M6). I will write a review a little later, the way roll it. It also works like a clock. My “old” tonometer OMRON M5 professional worked for 10 years, works further and continues to make accurate measurements. It looks as if only from the store. Cover with zipper preserved, nothing is torn and not stratified. The Japanese can do it for centuries if they want.
Ten stars!

Advantages: A good model, compact, full automatic, not requiring manipulations "with a pear", pressed the button and ready.
I liked the magazine with the archive of measurements.
Ability to both battery life and work from the network.
Disadvantages: Not found
Comment: Measure the pressure on the hand of a 7 year old child failed. Cuff too large.
I bought it as needed and performed measurements twice a day for a couple of weeks, during which time I didn’t connect to the outlet once, all on batteries.
For those who do not need daily and long-term operation - the adapter to connect to the network will be superfluous.

Advantages: The best automatic tonometer with which to deal. I bought it for my mom. For an elderly person, the thing is extremely convenient. The readings are accurate (compared with mechanical), the cuff is comfortable, the hand does not squeeze and there are no traces left after the measurement. Convenient memory function, you can see the previous measurement results. A special plus for the elderly - a clear display and interface. To turn on and off just one button, so even if you wish you will not get confused.
Disadvantages: not
Comment: wrote all the virtues

Advantages: Large LCD display with large numbers, comfortable cuff made of soft-touch material, saving the last measurement, the ability to change cuffs, automatic operation, the ability to work both from the network and from batteries.
Disadvantages: Yes, no such.
Comment: I bought my parents, because they are already in advanced age and both suffer from high blood pressure. I bought a replacement manual blood pressure monitor with a pear. Manual tonometer, although more accurate, but not convenient, it is not possible to measure the pressure yourself. Parents are happy, they really liked the tonometer. Now the floor of the entrance goes to visit.

Advantages: 1. Universal cuff fits all family members, with both thin and thick arms;
2. There is an arrhythmia indicator;
3. Keeps in memory up to 30 measurements;
4. Large numbers on the display are convenient for people with poor eyesight.
5. There is an adapter, but it can also work on batteries (4 pieces of AAA type are included in the kit);
6. There is a handbag for storing the tonometer;
7. Measurement accuracy
Disadvantages: Not yet found.
Comment: Previously used automatic blood pressure monitor on the wrist. The new tonometer measurement accuracy is much better! Cuff pressure does not cause discomfort during measurement.
