For those who are looking at this particular model, I want to note the following main (in my opinion) points:
1. Battery life.At first, I was upset ... BUT, having understood the settings, I found the problem. All applications installed on the phone are by default enabled to work in the background (especially Google’s battery services are actively moving up), are disabled in the settings (leaving only mail, social networks and instant messengers). Day lives without problems with active use.
2. Camera. Under normal lighting, the photos are excellent (there are also poor quality). But overall good. Oneplus does not yet have good software for optimizing camera performance, but with updates some flaws are corrected. Video in 4K is simply beyond praise.
3. Face unlock function. Many people write that it does not work in the dark ... It works (with a noticeable delay, but it works) even with the screen backlight turned off. He does not have an infrared sensor, with him "mono-blood" would be like a mi8. Many bloggers claim that you can fool with a photo ... honestly, I did not succeed (40 attempts, I did not have enough patience for more)).
In general, the phone (in my subjective glance) is good. Understand the settings (including the camera, in pro mode, the quality of photos is much better). I bought for 45000 rubles. Now the price tag is lower. I do not regret that I purchased it, I am satisfied with the purchase.

I began to be sad for the times of 3 tons and looked at op6. Initially, the sales price tag was generally horse, 43 thousand for 6/64. I waited about a month, and bought op6 8/128 for 36 thousand. All worried about monobrovi, and the sound from the external speaker (very much scolded for a quiet and flat sound). I quickly got used to monobrovi, because in op6 it was made nicely and miniaturely, besides, it can be turned off in the settings. The sound was really quiet at first, but with the update corrected, now loud and even have a little hint of bass. In general, the device looks premium, works cosmically fast, and pleases its owner. The network catches perfectly, there are no hints on the brakes and there is no close.

Advantages: There are a lot of advantages, I will highlight only the most important for me.

Disadvantages: There are no obvious shortcomings (significant for me). I tried to pull something out of myself.:
- The rear camera is quite bulging, but I don’t shoot the ball. on the one hand, a protective silicone case is already included (having put everything back to normal), but on the other hand I have not yet seen cameras with 4-axis optical stabilization that would not stick out.
- did not find how to change the recording speed in slow motion mode.
- face recognition does not work in the dark
- I didn’t find how to turn on the clock in the mode "Always On Display" (like on Samsung)
- through the external speaker (and he is alone, so there is no stereo sound), the speaker sounds, albeit loudly (in the navigator mode, there is a large margin in traffic when the car’s windows are open), but not in the same way as my wife on Samsung. Apparently, this is a fee for moisture protection. On the other hand, again, I do not shoot the ball, because I listen to music through headphones (the standard connector decides) and the quality is excellent there.

Comment: In use week. During this time, he fell on the asphalt (the child dropped) from the meter height with the screen down (not a scratch), got under water from the tap (for a few seconds) - it works.
The quality of the pictures is excellent, I would even say, thanks to the software in certain subject scenes better than my Canon 550D.

In my mode, starting from the second week (first week from morning to evening), the phone works for 3 days (see photo). This includes every day:
- 20 minutes of calls,
- several dozen SMS
- 30 minutes car navigator,

In this case, if you look at the power consumption, then the screen eats most. And this is a very good indicator (it means that the software is optimized), because On the old Huawei phone, my main consumer was the phone shell and software.

Prior to the purchase, I investigated the market for about 2 months and could not choose a week between the OnePlus 6 & xiaomi mi8.
For myself highlighted the following decisive factors.
In OnePlus:
- more RAM (8GB),
- the resolution of the front camera matrix is ​​almost 2 times better (16 + 20МР vs. 12МР). Yes, maybe the picture in the photo at xiaomi turns out a little better (the difference in DxOMark is minimal), but in detailing photos OnePlus out of competition.
- f / 1.7 aperture versus f / 1.8 in xiaomi (the difference is minimal, but in this case every tenth of the aperture ratio is counted).
- judging by the reviews charging faster

In this case, xiaomi mi8:
- no standard audio headphone jack
- it is still not clear what is with normal software. There is only Chinese firmware, and the global one either went out or not.
- visually too large monobrow.

only autonomy was questionable, but since With xiaomi at OnePlus was almost par on the capacity of the battery, then in addition it did not go to anyone.
