Comment: Many home theater owners are familiar with the situation: after a session in a large commercial hall, an insight comes that the home system, as they say, “does not pull”. It seems to be decent speakers, and the receiver is not cheap, but such shock scenes do not work out, as in a real movie. You make it louder - the sound becomes harsh and unpleasant.

Therefore, I changed the Onkyo receiver to this amateur. And really everything is exactly like that, compared to the receiver, this MIND sounds more powerful, you can feel a solid margin of safety, the receiver has a simpler sound, of course. An explosion at a good volume is powerful, juicy and fully controlled - you can safely make it even louder, but beware of your neighbors.
9 channels at the time, you can connect the fronts on bi-amping, to better unleash the potential of the speakers.
I’ve paired with the Denon DN-500 AV AV processor, but it seems to me that it’s better to reveal the potential of the native processor from Onkyo, but it didn’t have enough money (Denon is 2 times cheaper). In general, I received a very solid sound, like in a real good movie theater!

The amplifier is very large (especially in height and depth) and heavy - barely got into my rack - pay attention to the dimensions before buying.
