Oil, flour separately, and then they adapted to put the buckets on the scales and pour ingredients into it immediately. It turns out faster and you don’t need to wash the dishes too much :) you can even weigh water on them glass, which is attached (too small). True, if you pour some water immediately into a bucket of flour, then it is difficult to fix it).

All those who write negative reviews simply did not read the instructions, but everything is clearly written and there is no need to invent anything (they say that a bad dancer is always in the way of something ...). Follow the instructions and you will succeed! All the recipes are wonderful, so far we only use them. From myself, I add a spoon of bran to white bread, for good. And for those who want a crust more colored, I would advise you to put on, about half a time, more sugar. And enjoy delicious, fragrant and 100% natural bread! Enjoy your meal! Disadvantages: The cord is really short, but, fortunately, I have a close outlet.
Comment: We use only a week, we have made Menu "01" simple, but with the addition of sunflower seeds (there are bags of 100 grams in the store), 01 simple with the addition of wheat bran (in the same store, in the Flour-Sugar department) and just a miracle bread according to the recipe for a cake from a book (the awesome book comes with this stove) - only on the menu "03". I always bake bread at night, so I use deferral, I completely close the yeast with flour, and therefore they don’t mix with water, I don’t see any reason to overpay for a new model with a yeast dispenser. Many people here write that bread made from rye flour does not rise well, but this is not a minus of the bread machine, this is a feature of rye flour (as well as whole grain) - there is almost no gluten in it. Therefore, it should not rise much (but because of this, it does not lose its healthy and taste qualities). I often bake different muffins and cakes, but I use my recipes, tested, not from the instructions, everything turns out very tasty, the dispenser is especially convenient, left, everything was mixed up, added nutlets-raisins, when necessary, and here you have ready tasty pastries! The dough for pies, whites, pizza turns out very airy and tasty.And, in general, you can cook according to your old recipes, the main thing is to follow the order of product bookmarks recommended by the manufacturer (and do not mix very steep dough).
