Comment: I decided to buy a second steamer, since the first was slightly useless after almost two years of daily use. I saw the next rave reviews and decided to clarify a bit. So that people do not have high expectations.
To begin with, if you have a small child and you need to start moving to supplements and independent feeding, then there is no choice, you need to take it! Saves a lot of effort and money.
Now, about the disadvantages:
1. Very poor quality plastic parts inside the bowl. Very quickly everything is covered with a brown patina which cannot be removed. It is necessary to clean very carefully and scrupulously.
2. In order to avoid extra smells in the process of cooking, you need to very accurately place the bowl on a pedestal, preventing leakage. It is very important to put the internal valve in the bowl lid correctly. If something comes out of the bowl into the boiler, then it will boil out and burn, there will always be that smell. Moreover, the heating element itself can be cleaned (lemon, vinegar, whose hands are straight, you can simply disassemble and mechanically clean), then the plastic of the boiler will forever absorb all odors.
3. Inside the knife there is a plastic ring with 4 lugs that constantly flies when the knife is taken out. Having suffered a month, we just threw it out. As it turned out in vain! This ring provides the strength of the hex groove in the knife. Without this ring, sooner or later the leading shaft will turn in this recess by breaking the thin wall. As a blender, this design will stop working. In general, it is desirable to glue this ring, but what is not clear, I don’t want to push incomprehensible chemistry into the “food” device, which is still in contact with the high-temperature steam. So in general, we can assume that after 2 years of continuous operation, you will have to buy a new blender.
By the way. You can order new parts, but it will cost about 70% (or even more) of the new. So I went to buy the second one.

Advantages: Small, but it has a capacious bowl, all the details are of high-quality, pleasant and reliable plastic! Design! Cooked oochen fast! The blender is not quiet, but not very noisy. The 8-month-old child was not afraid of the sound))) the vegetables were quickly ground in mashed potatoes and easily transferred from the bowl to the plate, unlike a regular blender! You do not have to wash two devices, you just need to "rinse" the bowl and a couple of parts. Measuring cup with marks of ml and cooking time is very bland and can be stored right in the bowl! The recipe book is small, but on the example of the recipes given in it you can easily invent your own options))) until you have tried to make mashed meat, but I think everything will work out) is an excellent thing for a family with children!

Disadvantages: I decided to process the bowl with steam (without products) before cooking, there was a slight plastic smell, rinsed again and did not feel any more odors!

Comment: When turning the bowl, nothing leaked, not scalded, as some say. The lid on the cup is sooo tight at the expense of the gum, and therefore opens at first tightly.

Advantages: 1. Compact (base diameter less than 20 cm)
2. ergonomic (the power cord fits into special channels with 2 options - for different locations of the electrical outlet)
3. easy to clean, the parts are separated without much effort and have no corrugated or hitroprofilnyh parts
4. The plastic bowl is light, transparent, dark (what is happening in it can be seen, but with color distortion, but it will preserve its appearance for longer: when using colored vegetables (beets, carrots, tomatoes, greens), they do not stain and scratches occurring during grinding products will not be so noticeable)
5. The volume of the bowl is optimal for cooking a small child, it is even possible to cook 2-3 portions at once, and store the hot ground contents in sterile screw cans that can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
6. A sharp knife is in a closed bowl and is not connected to an electric motor (this is very good from the point of view of safety of curious children, the risk of injury is minimal)
7. In the process of cooking for a couple, the handle does not heat up - there is no need to use oven gloves (just do not hold your hand up to the center - the steam is hot there, even if it is not visible !!!)

Disadvantages: At the first tests in steam, the smell of plastic appeared, after 5 uses I stopped noticing
1. the bowl is not hermetic; when turning it over, liquid may leak, especially if juicy vegetables (zucchini) were prepared, estimate the amount of contents in the bowl, before setting it to the chopper mode
2. it would be more convenient if there was a timer to turn off the double boiler (for example, turning on 5, 10, 15 and 20 minutes), since young moms are so forgetful
3. noise in the shredder mode (used the tefalle chepper - an order less noisy design
4. The perforated lid is easy to wash (if soaked immediately after cooking), but the size of the holes limits the preparation of porridges in a double boiler (I excel, loading first with rice or buckwheat (previously soaked 2 hours), then close it with a layer of meat, minced meat, vegetables or fruits do not pick out then the grains from the cover)

Comment: A sensible thing, not without flaws, for a very specific age category (further use limits the relatively small volume of the bowl, but for a diet it can be an invaluable service for gastritchiki or elderly people). Comment: Quite a brilliant thing - and at home in the kitchen, and (especially) on long trips. It was purchased under the beginning of prikorma in 4 months. I use it constantly for 8 months. It cooks meat, fish and vegetables quickly and conveniently. I didn’t notice the poor laundering of the lid, about which everyone is writing :) :) yes, there are colored carrot stains from inside (for example, the pigment is stronger than plastic), but otherwise there are no special difficulties - everything can be easily disassembled and cleaned, or in the dishwasher, either manually brushed.
Knife regularly grinds all the products in the gruel, in the case of meat just need a bit to add broth or olive oil.

- you can cook a child from 4 months to the final transition to an adult table
- compact

Disadvantages: 1. When presented with relatives, I was amazed at too high a price, but when I started using it I was very grateful for the gift.

Comment: I use with pleasure the second year, never let down. Since the advent of the blender, an incomprehensible mashed jar has disappeared from our diet. Now child 1 and 8, but still prefer him to cook the chops for a couple, and not to fry.
