Comment: Pretty powerful pruner. Branch cuts with a bang.

Comment: PROFI-PLUS series pruners are twice as expensive as those from other series, and the locking mechanisms (latches) they have are very simple — a steel loop. Yes, it will never break, but it is inconvenient to use - you will not open / close with one finger. Question: why are they expensive? - Only one explanation: higher quality blades and other details. Forging generally besides giving the desired shape hardens the metal. Therefore, forged aluminum handles will be stronger than stamped or cast. In this case, the weak point of the structure will be the attachment of steel blades to the aluminum handle. In this regard, the most reliable design is the "PROFI-PLUS" RACO 4206-53 / 185S and -187S. I have been using my RACO 4206-53 / 187S in the tail and in the mane for more than 10 years, I have never sharpened it, I just smeared it. Total: if the pruner is needed for work, we take from PROFI-PLUS. If "that was", it is possible and others - prettier and filtered cult.
