Comment: I really like the idea with the applicator wand. This is really the most convenient way of applying the pigment of all possible (much more drops off from the brush on the face). I act as follows: I apply the pigment on the eyelid, and then brush the border with the brush. Fire Drops in texture like very finely ground pollen, finer than usual brands in pigments, besides it is somewhat unusual ... flying or something.
