● Display. Bright, juicy, consumes little energy (720p). Pixels are not visible.
● Fingerprint scanner - very fast. The main plus for me is that to unlock you don’t need to press a button, you just have to put your finger on it. The lack of such a thing was very annoying on the iPhone, when each time you pressed the garbage under the button and it began to “crunch”.
● Speaker - very convenient location at the top side. Very high quality, surround, loud sound.
● Battery. With moderately active use (surfing the Internet and social networks, music, youtube) kept for more than a day.
● Built-in software. Samsung Pay - works very quickly, just swipe up from the bottom of the screen and put your finger on it. Here you can add all your discount cards to not carry them with you. Samsung Knox is a very convenient solution if you want to use fingerprint authentication instead of passwords on any sites.

Disadvantages: ● Camera. With good lighting shoots very soundly. However, poor stabilization (or lack thereof) - smears photographs very often. With poor lighting or in darkness, the quality is not very much, despite the f / 1.7 aperture. Here, I think, the matter is in the unfinished software. However, if you are not a professional telephone photographer, you will almost certainly be satisfied for that kind of money.
● The home button is a very soft surface. Already after the first day of use on it, I noticed a bunch of micro-scratches, despite the fact that the phone was either put on the surface with the screen up, or was in the pocket of jeans. Of course, I understand that my skin is not female in my arms, but not to the same degree ...
● micro usb connector - it could be put type-c. On the one hand, this is a plus in terms of universality, but in my experience micro usb cables with active use do not live very long.

Comment: It so happened that it was necessary to urgently buy a phone after a broken iPhone. Because of the limited budget, there was a choice between this Samsung and the Chinese. I don’t trust the Chinese at all, even though I’ve broken down for a long time. The emphasis on performance was not important to me, since I do not play games on the phone. It was decided to take it. Happy as an elephant. I used an iPhone for a long time, but with this device I will definitely change my view on smartphones. Wait and see. And the device is solid 5, based on price and quality.

Advantages: For me personally, the optimal maximum of opportunities for my money. Everything you need and nothing extra.
Very convenient to use. Nice screen, well-adjusted brightness, default is the night mode. Samsung firmware is very nice, many necessary settings. Absolutely no feeling that the phone knows better than you how you like - customize as you like.
A good sound in the headphones, up to the maximum volume did not twist, even on fairly quiet tracks. The speaker of the device itself seemed not very powerful, but I have no high requirements, so I can be wrong.
Great front camera! With such a camera it is terribly pleasant to take a selfie: D When the picture is not figs, understand how soapy it is, but rather juicy and stylish - I just want to become the instagram goddess. I tested the back camera less (for especially valuable pictures there is a camera), but it fully corresponds to my expectation from a mobile photo.
Holds a good charge. In the first days of use, I found an interesting game in Google Play, and I got so carried away that I lost five hours in a row (since it was a holiday and I could afford it). When I then took the phone, after five minutes there was a feeling that something was wrong. Five hours of play, but he doesn’t squeal that he’s dead. I looked at the battery charge - another 25%. And I started to play clearly not fully charged! (I think somewhere 75% was)
The buttons have no backlight. I saw it in reviews as a minus, but for me - manna from heaven, because I often sit with the phone in the twilight or darkness, and these damn lights on the last device were terribly annoying.
I didn’t notice performance problems (although they are scared about it everywhere in reviews). Video, photos, games interesting to me go without problems and censures.
And yes. Samsung Pay! Very handy thing.

Disadvantages: It turned out difficult to buy a protective glass. The last device glass saved a couple of times, and without it somehow a little restless. But because of the curved edges of the device, finding glass turned out to be a real quest.

Comment: Chose between J5 and J7. But J7 is very big, under the "male" hand. With my feminine narrow palm is not an option at all :) And J5 in the hand is good, although it also seems a bit too big.

Advantages: 1. Case, assembly. Perfectly assembled, nothing creaks / backlash, because of the metal case, the device makes a very good impression.
2. Screen, light sensor. I don’t see the pixels, although I don’t try to see them. I write down the resolution of 1280x720 exclusively in pluses, since Do not eat battery. I didn’t feel discomfort with brightness, using the phone comfortably in the dark and on the street. Juicy paints (amold), good oleophobic coating.
3. Separate slots for two sim cards and micro SD.
4. Good front camera.
5. Availability of fingerprint scanner. Works like. You can make, however, only 3 fingers - made two large and index - like, enough.
6. Excellent battery. Android 7.0 out of the box, 14 nm processor, low resolution screen contributes to long battery life. With moderate use, it lives for 3 days without recharging: several email clients, Skype, whatsapp, calls (about 30 minutes a day). 6 hours of screen operation in 3 days.
7. Took out of the box, turned on, use. Everything works, nothing to finish, did not have to configure. Just turned off some notifications.
8. Price

Disadvantages: 1. No notification indicator. They say you can customize the front flash, but I have not yet bothered.
2. Non-removable battery.After a year or two, you will most likely have to carry it in to replace it.
3. The main camera is rather weak with insufficient light and slightly shines through the bright areas of the frame during the day. However, for the money, as they say, sin to complain.
4. The body is a bit slippery.

Comment: Golden color is not quite golden, but with a slightly pinkish tinge. It looks, though, great. I ordered blindly, and because of this pinkishness, at first I even thought about giving the phone to my wife, but after a couple of days I got used to it.
I use the phone without a cover and protective films / glasses. For a week, nothing scratched, the phone as new. I expected that the screen will be scratched immediately.
The signal catches perfectly. No worse than other devices, including in places with poor reception. There are no complaints in this regard.
The game did not run - not really necessary. Braked or not, I do not know.
Phone very satisfied. Wonderful workhorse.

Advantages: Samsung has always been famous for a good screen, but now the camera has become to a high level: fast focus, with sufficient lighting gives excellent pictures. The front camera is also good.
With moderate use, it lasts more than a day (my record so far was 34 hours).
Pleasant to the touch, heavy, durable, smart.
Both speakers are loud, despite the "moisture protection." (I didn’t check it by the way. Because I think this is a common marketing ploy)

Disadvantages: Mark back panel, without cover and protective glass / film is indispensable. Here are just nowhere yet sold accessories to it. The scanner sometimes does not want to work (maybe the button gets dirty).
Little GB on RAM and built-in, the iron is weak, but for social networks, vidyushek and everything else is suitable.
The lock button staggers a bit, and the volume swings are perfectly strong.

Comment: When you first turned on and view the settings, talking on the phone, it seemed that the phone was hot, but putting it on the cheek was cold. Most likely because of the material from which the backdrop is made. In short, if you encounter such a problem, the battery is not really heated.
The phone has already been dropped twice: on my face (it was very painful, because the smartphone is heavy), on the laminate. Already thought that something would happen to him, but thank God, no: D Not a single scratch. After dropping the old phone on the laminate, the display broke. By the way, there was also Samsung, only SIII.

Advantages: - The design of the entire Samsung: beautiful, well made, pleasant to hold. The blue metallic looks very impressive, I also bought a branded case of the same color for it) The case pleasantly cooled without a case, but everything in the case was more reliable)

- The battery with moderately active use lasted 2.5 days. Charges quickly enough for 2 hours charged from 5% to 99%)))
- The screen is certainly on top. Automatic brightness adjustment is very useful. I do not see any pixels at all, although I have good eyesight.
- The camera is excellent, in the selection process I liked even more than the 2017 A5, which seems to be more advanced. Frontalku general delight!
- A few pre-installed unnecessary applications, unlike the Galaxy S3, where they stuffed a bunch of stuff like Ozon, etc.
- The sound is normal
- Fingerprint scanner, pah-pah, no complaints yet.
- Samsung Pay is an interesting feature, but so far I haven't had time to try it out.

Disadvantages: - Headphones included - it's hard, upset. Damn, well, the phone is almost 20 thousand, not 2. It was possible and more decent headset.
- No button illumination. Well, too, zhlobstvo, is it really so difficult to do? Although the lack of non-critical.
- Non-removable battery. It is difficult to say how much it will strain in the future, while not at all annoying.

Comment: I’m an old fan of Samsung, I’ve used S110 for 4 years, then with a break of the legendary galaxy s3 for 5 years. S3 was, of course, already squeezed like a lemon and soooo slowed down, physically and morally outdated. Therefore, after it j5 became like fresh air. So far no complaints, I hope, will also last more than one year)

Advantages: Appearance, screen, battery, optimization, for such a price is a good camera, especially a front-end, the printout works very fast, excellent audibility when talking.

Disadvantages: No missed event indicator, no noise, slippery body without a case. For such characteristics overpriced

Comment: Everything works quickly and smoothly, hangs and brakes are not observed, the charge lasts for a couple of days. Impressions are positive.

Advantages: The battery lasts for 2 days of use, it is convenient to hold in hand, the fingerprint scanner is smart, the cameras are both good

Disadvantages: Built-in battery, accessories are not found now, it happens that after the conversation the screen is blurred, but after blocking all the rules.

Comment: For this money, you can buy a Chinese for more powerful, but holding the samsung in his hand stopped on him. No doubt

Advantages: The design, assembly, metal of the case, the battery is just fire, and three thousand milliamperes is not a record, but if you consider that the 14hm processor and the screen are super amold and yet not full cd (as for me full cd on a 5.2-inch phone is superfluous) In general, all day long, auto-brightness, two hours of music and I come home from 70% of the charge (from 9 am to 7 pm) as a result, somewhere for two days, the quality of the screen is high, tsamsung), the camera is ok (also good at night fota), a scanner, convenient dimensions for its diagonal of the screen, percents are quite powerful and a video card, downloaded gof 3 for verification - goes cn Coyne, NFC, there is a lot of their chips (more on YouTube can see)
Normal sound quality speaker and loud enough.

Disadvantages: A lot of junk preinstalled (eats razu), the sound in the headphones is not very good: the volume is average, the quality is not so hot (nothing special), I listened with the JBL T210 and KOSS PORTA PRO, the price is overvalued, I haven't found more minuses yet.

Comment: I bought it for 17990 plus a case and a glass, for a total of 20k in total, I’m completely satisfied with the prince, as it will be next, time will tell)
who cares about quality, design, stability and the thrill of using antutu (not a trick of 46k), and who does not smile at the trouble with clumsy Chinese firmware, I advise you to consider this model) the only sound disappointed
but with the purchase I already knew that the sound would be average-ordinary (I managed to take it before I took it because I work in the very store where I bought it)
in general, something like this, I made my choice, and you decide whether it is worth your money or not (in a couple of months I think it will be cheaper by 1-2 k).

Advantages: The body is beautiful! It is very nice in the hand lies, it feels expensive, premium. Comfortable, not slippery. It's a shame to hide it in a case - but apparently the back part is covered with scratches.
The camera is good, but no more. In the dark, in the twilight - it removes well, but naturally - the iso picks up, and the shumodav cuts all the details very straight. If you pick up the manual settings - everything will be ok.
The battery is good, definitely. In combination with a slightly powerful processor, and HD resolution - it keeps stable for 2 days.
Fingerprint scanner - smart, no problem.
The speaker is loud, clear, bass. Not a leader of course - but just nice.

Disadvantages: Screen resolution - HD, visible pixels. On the one hand, don't care about them, because the low resolution of the screen in combination with amoled saves the battery /
One microphone. (there is no second microphone for recording stereo sound on video, and noise reduction) - but again this moment does not so much soar. The interlocutors hear me, I hear well, all the rules. I have not tried to write a video yet.
Complete headphones - just funny. I want to throw out without unpacking.
Could be fast charging, but no.

Comment: Mighty middling, buying satisfied, beautiful, looks cool. A normal apparatus, cheapened by some of the things I described in shortcomings. 17 tr. - quite a standard price tag for it.
