Disadvantages: The first speed (the smallest) in my opinion is too much wind on it, for such power you already need 3 speeds (as in the Artic 305th modification). What is so difficult to do in 3 speeds?
Actually, ARTIC 255 is too powerful and relatively bulky fan, even at the first speed, if you turn on the turn, so that it turns back and forth and does not always blow, it can work.

Comment: In general, a good quality fan serves for quite a long time, so you can buy a good thing.
I’m addicted to drying hands with a fan, it’s fast, but for this you need a high-power fan with a small screw so that the wind flow is strong and not even wide. Such models have very little, the more power, the more screw, the manufacturers do Because I bought ARTIC 255 with a 23cm screw and a power of 35W (ARTIC 305 already has a “right” screw with a diameter of 30cm).
At ARTIC 255 wind speed is really quite good.
Overall, I am very pleased with this fan.
I sometimes direct the fan to the linen when drying, so it dries faster.

The first turns on the ARTIC 255, then it turns off, the second turns on the Mystery MSF-2429 (at 00:45), both at 35W and 25W at full power respectively, the Mystery at 25W has a noisy, but most importantly, a sharper and less comfortable sound.
