Advantages: Great images (PS4 source and rips), even plain HD shows better than a simple Full HD TV. But on the air more artifacts. There are no highlights on black that are clearly visible on the W807
Works great with DS218 media server, control of the console by hdmi.

Disadvantages: A very large external power supply, larger than the 50 "model W807, is problematic to hide. There is no CAM CI + port, which is strange for a model from a top-end ruler. The console has a narrow trigger field.

Comment: Android, remote and control in general are almost the same as other Sony TVs. The sound is so-so - but it does not matter as it was connected via optics to the AV receiver.

Advantages: Very nice picture. No screen lit up. 10 bit matrix. Good black.

Disadvantages: The sound, like other new TVs, is flat and plastic. My old Phillips is much better.

Comment: Android is certainly good, but there are so many questions and problems. You can not load everything, just what is needed.
I thought for a long time what to buy, I decided to take the Sony KD-49XE9005 and have no regrets. After installing third-party software, hacks any formats.

Advantages: Image quality !!! When watching high quality movies (resolution higher than 1080p), the TV processes the image so much that an ordinary 2D movie is transformed almost into 3D (the screen somehow highlights objects in the foreground, creating a kind of light image volume)

Disadvantages: A bit not familiar to the remote control (for example, there is no button for turning off the TV by timer).
Medium quality sound (a separate speaker system is desirable)

Comment: You want a three-dimensional image in films without 3D, take only Sony.
