Advantages: price quality
Disadvantages: 3.0 is often turned on only after restarting the computer (or after “re-plugging” the HDD), and with the usual power-on 2.0
Comment: The problem is rather in win8, there was no such thing on win7, and this, I think, is related to the change in the principle of inclusion in win8, or the fact that for my laptop the driver curves on win8. Other hard drives have the same problem.

Advantages: Quiet, almost non-vibrating, not very hot, not very bright LED indicating work. The speed of work according to Win7 average is 75-60mbs (USB 3.0) and 30-25mbs (USB 2.0).
Disadvantages: Not.
Comment: HD Tune reading speed ... Maximum 115mbs, Average 91mbs, Minimum 56mbs. Access time 17,5ms, Peak speed 174mbs.

Advantages: Aluminum body, noiseless, vibration free.
Disadvantages: not yet
Comment: It cost me 10% more than Western Digital 2.5 "Elements Portable 2000GB. But I took it because of the case. I wanted aluminum.
On the five-hour surface test for errors, it warmed to 43 degrees. No errors found.
