It so happened that the delivery of the guarantee was postponed for more than a year. I drove, accepted, saw the serial, everything is fine.

Call in 2 days. They say so and so, this is not a warranty case and that the cost of repairs will be more than 10,000 rubles. Ok so. I ask actually why not warranty? I really get pleasure when I pour this dirty water into the toilet :) because it really shows how the air is cleaned. After some time of use, especially if sometimes there is no time to brush, a limestone deposit is formed on the bottom. At first I tried to clean it by any means, it turned out very difficult to clean it. And then I came up with putting the drum and the lower container in the dishwasher and added a scale detergent for the dishwasher, and that’s all, they have become as good as new!
About the crackle. Yes, we got it, like many, after a while. But this, fortunately, is removable. It is necessary to disassemble the humidifier; on the top panel there are 2 buttons on the sides of the control buttons, you press them and the top cover is disassembled. Then you need to get the mechanism itself and lubricate a small white piece :) like, it is called a gearbox. We sprinkled on it, missed it all with the help of WD-40 several times, several times it was turned on, there was a crackling sound, it was still lubricated, and only from the 3rd time the lubricant finally dispersed and the crackling stopped! Comment: I use the device in a room of 18m2, with a standard ceiling height, i.e. volume about 50m3. The door is open, the window vent also airs. The device works constantly at 2 speeds (comfortable noise level, my computer is noisy;)), while the humidity is maintained at 50-55% - a comfortable indicator.
During the day, the device evaporates all the water, until the sensor triggers - about 5 liters. In this there is some slyness, in tth the tank is 7 liters, but in reality the supply is only 5 liters.
I pour filtered water from the filter under the sink 3-step. Before refueling, I wash the tank and the discs under the shower, wash off the soap with soap. I do not use any branded additives. They only make things worse.
Now about some "nuances"
1. The declared area is indicated slyly. It is possible that the device is designed for a room of 40m2, with a ceiling of 2.5m, without carpets and a pile of bookcases with a minimum of upholstered furniture and would increase humidity, but he would have to thresh for 3 speeds without stopping and the temperature behind the board should not be below -5 . I personally think that the real price for the vent of 6 thousand, not more, but the fact is that it has no real competitors. There is no similar device possessing the same set of qualities. Neither Boneko (which by the way is not very much cheaper) nor the Chinese will compare with venta. Ultrasonic and steam humidifiers should not be taken into account at all, due to the conceptual flaws of the evaporation method itself.
