VIKA AUTO EQUAL ACRYLIC 2K
Two-component acrylic-urethane autoenamel is intended for repair painting of the car body;

Mixing: Enamel: hardener: thinner = 4: 1: 1.5 (by volume).

Viability of the mixture - 8 hours

Viscosity during application - 15–17 sec. at 20 ° C for VZ-4 (Din Cup4)

Method of application - Pneumonia. Spray gun: nozzle 1.4–1.6 mm / 3–5 atm.

Drying: Z./80 ° C; 45min./60 ° C; 24 h / 20 ° C

Polishing: 24 hours / 20 ° C after drying.

Major drawback: Dries very quickly. Because of this, all the usual methods of pouring the entire machine can be forgotten - lei from the heart and quickly, otherwise it will dry up and it will peel.
It shines well enough, flows sluggishly (only with a "fat" layer), dries quickly.
With excessive dilution - comes matte effect.

Used for dilution: VIKA THINNER 130 (acrylic)

VIKA ALKID AVTOEMAL
Characteristic:
VIKA autoenamels are made of alkyd resin, light-resistant and weather-resistant pigments, solvents and auxiliary agents.

Application: autoenamels are used to repair light vehicles, painting the body of cars, trucks and other metal objects.

Drying: 30 min. at 132 ° С, for drying at 20 ° С it is necessary to use IZUR (accelerator).

AUTO EQUAL VIKA METALLIC
Purpose: basic metallized "VIKA" is used for repair painting the surface of the car body, as well as other products, as the first layer in a two-layer system with a transparent acrylic varnish.

Application: before use, the VIKA metallic enamel is thoroughly mixed, diluted to a working viscosity from 15 to 18 seconds using an OZ-246 viscometer with a nozzle diameter of 4 mm at a temperature of 20 ° C with a thinner for metallic materials and filtered.

Application: the enamel is applied by the method of pneumatic spraying on a previously prepared, primed and filled surface, in 2-3 layers “wet on wet”, with an exposure between layers of 10-15 minutes and drying of the last layer for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 20 ° C. Then apply a clear acrylic varnish.
