If you change the temperature in the direction of decrease in the cooking process, the fan turns on, the hot air goes into the holes above the oven and after turning it off another five minutes. If the temperature did not change, the fan did not turn on. In short, I advise.

Comment: When I chose the oven I relied on the voice of the Internet and he did not let me down :)))) I've been cooking there for a whole year, probably the most successful oven I've tried :)))) Beautiful, perfectly cooked (although I hope my there is a merit in this :)))), it is easy to clean and almost does not get dirty. There is even a grill (I thought in the gas ovens do not make it). In general, the model is excellent.

Comment: For me, the main advantage of this oven is that it is powerful but careful! Nothing ever burns ... And so powerful that you can cook 2 dishes at different levels at once. Thanks to a strong fan, even a dish that stands in the most remote corner is baked. Our favorite dish for dinner is grilled chicken and baked vegetables (we cook at the same time!), Since my husband and I are not trying to eat enough carbohydrates for the night ... So we learn healthy and simple recipes. From baking they tried to make only meringues and they succeeded to glory!

I like the laconic design, this oven fits perfectly into the interior of our kitchen)) In addition, you can easily follow the cooking process through the door))

Comment: We use this oven a couple of months. In principle, everyone is happy. Chicken and meat bakes fine, no complaints.
I haven’t tried to bake something (cookies, pies, etc.), but I think it will cope without problems. Among the shortcomings: after switching on the gas, it is necessary to keep the electric ignition turned on for 12-16 seconds (as advised by the MosOlgaz service worker), otherwise there is a high probability that the oven will go out. Saves gas control.
It's also very hot from her! In the Khrushchev kitchen 6m, but without decent ventilation it is just hell!

In general, a very good oven. Recommend.
