Comment: Caterpillars picked up in Camoplast, one 16x144x2, the second 16x151x2. The first one got into the native Phazer MTX trolley without alterations; the secondary and drive shaft of the caterpillar from the Yamaha MP were used, for which it was necessary to make expansion sleeves in the frame and suspension mount. Naturally, I had to disassemble and reassemble the tunnel with a new upper wider sheet, as well as modify the air filter housing, exhaust manifold and engine lining. For the 151st caterpillar, it was still necessary to make guide tracks of the original design, taking the guides from the Nytro MTX 153 as a basis and “crossing” them with the guides from the short Phazer. This design allowed us to bend at the end, like the Nytro XTX, which facilitates reversing and improves handling on thick snow.

Comment: The snowmobile is good, although the indicated problems with starting after -25 and passing in fresh deep snow do occur. Last decided by installing a new caterpillar width of 41 cm. Tests in the spring showed a significant increase in maneuverability.

Comment: Mileage 167 km ... :-): First impressions: A good lighter! In deep snow when cornering and on the rise you need to maintain speed, otherwise it will rise. It is controlled by almost the slope of the case. Machine for active taxiing, the main landing ... standing. Riding is fundamentally different from riding tourists and utilities. On the problems, the flow can not say anything. I have not yet felt the lack of power, I hope it will manifest. : hi_hi_hi: While satisfied, reality meets expectations. On terrain in deep snow in a forest (at low speed and maneuvering) experience yet. I think this technique is not for hunting and long hikes. Although as a light destroyer with a cruiser may fit. :-):

Comment: Cool is great, if there is not a lot of snow, it falls effortlessly, sitting definitely not a train. In the cold start up is not so hot, I had to warm up with a hairdryer (after -25). There are no problems, only it is desirable for the electrician to process, and then something starts to fail from condensate, dry it, all the rules. Well, it is weak, if the weight is over 80, then it is boring and sad :-):.
