Put the sub under the bed - the sound effects in games for consoles are amazing!

Comment: Before this device, there was a system - a Yamaha stereo amplifier + large JBL floor speakers. It has long been a weakness for the Yamaha technique, but it should be said that the sound amplifier + napoliki is simply incomparably better than this sound projector, given that the bundle I had cost was two times cheaper than this projector, and the sound was just as much better - that was I meant speaking about the inflated price.
Conclusion number one - if there is a place in the room, do not go in the wake of the design, for the same money and even cheaper amplifier / receiver bundle + good floor speakers will sound an order of magnitude better.

Unfortunately, after the repair, I just physically had no place for the previous system and I had to choose something compact and with a wall mount. The choice fell on Yamaha, since the sound of Yamaha always suited me.
Immediately it turned out that without a subwoofer, the sound is simply no good, the low frequencies are completely absent. Not the bass, but all the low frequencies - the bass guitar and the double bass just disappear from any arc, and so on, shorter than the longing.
Subwoofer completely transformed the picture. Bought a subwoofer Yamaha with shelf arrangement. The sound is transformed.
Conclusion number two - if you plan to buy this unit, it is MANDATORY to immediately plan the purchase of a subwoofer. In this case, this is not an option but an absolute necessity; without it, consider that you have no sound.
Now about the subwoofers. I took yamaha. The bass is very soft, and the sound of the whole system has become quite smooth and balanced. But I'm used to JBL where the bass hits the sternum. So yamaha bass was soft.
Conclusion - love a soft and even sound, take a couple of sub Yamaha, but if you want the bass to pierce it is better to take another manufacturer, with a sharper bass.
Plus, when choosing a bundle of two holes, this is what the device has system bus input, this means that if you connect a subwoofer to the device, it will turn off simultaneously with the projector (that is, you will not need to get up and off separately the subwoofer), and this is a huge plus.

Comment: In a rectangular room of 25 m2, the sound projector is the most. If a large room that allows you to put the rear behind the sofa and have extra money - go ahead. The city itself would have a full-fledged home cinema in such a situation, and if the sofa stands close to the wall and the distance to the rear speakers is 1-1.5 meters from the ear, then it will not be a surrounding sound, but poke in one ear, poke in the other. At the moment, my decently decent stereo is completely untied from the movie. A good hi-fi stereo system is able to provide 2 channels, i.e. the central channel information (dialogues), rear speakers (to hell with them) and the subs channel will not be played at all, and this is a lot of information.

In general, about the price of a searchlight, roughly speaking, at $ 1800 - an extremely attractive and pleasing device. By the way, it does not seem that the device at a price of 1800 was calculated for the rich. It just turned out the device is focused on the middle class, which can not afford to allocate 25-30 meters for a home theater. So I clap my hands both on the price of the device and on engineering + implementation.

Advantages: The most powerful sound. Excellent image processing via HDMI.

Disadvantages: Unnoticed.

Comment: I am satisfied with the purchase. Despite the irregular geometry of the room, from which the surround sound suffers, the sound itself is astounding. On DTSMA, it just gives out something. My old Kenwood subwoofer, which was never famous for its expressive sound with the Yamahovsky receiver, just sang with the saunabar. Explosions and shots listen to one pleasure. Plus the bar does the post-processing of the picture, this is not a new function, many receivers are doing it now, but I saw it for the first time. The picture is noticeably transformed, minor flaws are removed, and a smooth picture appears, not to be confused with the fusing. In general, the case is true. Acquired in the online store VremiaTV. Delivered on time and without problems, but they did not say that the bundled optical cable was already included.
