How to choose the best feed for a hamster?
Choosing the best feed depends on the age and condition of the hamster. Feed mixtures enriched with protein products, suitable for young animals, as well as for pregnant and lactating females. Dwarf hamsters (Djungar, Taylor, Campbell, Roborovsky) are better fed with special food, since they have an accelerated metabolism compared to their large counterparts. It is absolutely not suitable for them to feed with large pieces and granules.
