I read reviews about overheating or underheating of water. This is from ignorance of the device. Column need to tune. From the factory test settings. Under the casing there are switches and an adjusting screw. If you yourself are afraid, call the specialist from the service. I set up myself. I found the instruction in the internet - it's not difficult there. And yet: put a gas tap in front of it to reduce the inlet pressure of the gas — I reduced the pressure by almost half. It seems it is not 11 and all 20 liters of heat. Two days works like a clock. The device from the category Put and forget. It is collected accurately and beautifully. The heat exchanger is of course thinish. Well, for that kind of money it's silly to wait for more. On the other hand, this plus-temperature changes instantly. Well, in general, and all I wanted to write.

New 2014. Yesterday set, instead of the Neva-3212 (broke after 12 years of operation). The installation instructions say that it is necessary to adjust the gas pressure using mini-switches. I did not set up anything, I connected it myself in Khrushchev. The flame kindles smoothly in the first ten seconds, without cotton. There is enough power for two cranes, I think that it will be enough in winter too, because temperature control set to minimum. At change of a pressure of water, the automatic machine levels temperature within 5 - 10 seconds. Exploited one day, while very pleased.

I use this column just a couple of weeks. The installer said that he had no experience with this model because of its novelty, but drew attention to the shaky plastic shape of the water flow regulator. In general, all this time, the column showed itself at a height, with a minimum of noise and high automation. It warms quickly and with a large margin, so the temperature controller I have is at a minimum. But just the other day, she suddenly died, without any signs of life. The manual clearly states that in case of problems, the indicator should flash. The indicator did not blink. But the feeling was like this, it somehow died out. Replaced the batteries, but it did not help. I had to call the master again. He removed the casing, pulled the sensor wires, and the speaker came to life again. He said that the sensors are weak. This incident confuses me when you consider that the column was bought in a package just a couple of weeks ago.

I installed the column myself. I did not regulate anything as written in the instructions. The service men themselves say that everything should be set up from the factory .. so my column periodically slams on burning and so the glass shakes in the windows !!
